I’m not really in it much…Jordan and Elliot mainly
I’m more so in the leg session as this is the one where my weights aren’t too far off the guys haha
as mentioned I feel like I need to secure this mass to do better next year
I would continue on aas….then come off in the same fashion

8 weeks out this Saturday
TBH I don’t feel like I have changed…Jordan thinks I have but I am going to make another diet change to implement this weekend…not 100 percent decided yet but will likely be another 50c reduction on all training daysI’m in two minds about competing…I kinda feel like I want and need to solidify strength and muscle to give myself a much better chance of having the look I want next year…if I compete this year I wont be happy with bringing the same/slightly fuller physique…so I need to think about this seriously

he was only running this low for short period very close to the show…and its was 2 years ago lol so largely irrelevant…and the reasoning would have been to get into condition…

adding kcals to a fat loss session is illogical
if I was you I would avoid all cardio and drop fat by reducing food if you sit pretty lean away 🙂

I would prioritise performance in the gym
increase you steps rather than adding cardio
hiit AND cardio AND hard training is going to batter your physique and really test recovery
I would oersonally reduce kcals a little before adding more output with cardio

rotties – the session are less stressful for recovery – AND its the consecutive day to legs…so I’m not going into ‘depleted’ after a rest day
if push is a weakness then yes, keeping kcals higher here would be good in an off season BUT I need to be in a deficit
martin…I outline my food selections a page ago…I use a mixture as the carb total is still pretty high..but either is fine it relly doesn’t matter…whatever sits well with you 🙂
