hey – in honesty…it is MOST LIKELY that your legs simply aren’t lean enough and are holding body fat…its not likely to be just water
so the answer to this is – get leaner….of course this takes time…but you can do it if you want to set that goa I’m sure 🙂

that’s a great approach – I do that myself at the moment
if the goal is to gain weight and you NEAT can be higher on some days then YES auto regulate and eat more pre bed to ensure that the session the next day is productive 🙂trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

some prefer not to have them pre if they experience lethargyalso depends what time you train, what your job is, how you personally respond etc
but pre and post is most optimal to aid performance and recovery

we have LEGS today
as mentioned if reduced the lower back loading in my leg sessions and kept it in pulls sessions – as I similar cant recovery from it at such high frequency and its leading to injury
legs are stronger aesthetically than my back…so I have kept it to the pull sessions
legs today will be Hack squat then pause squat – so still loading heavy of course but without the same CNS stress as a squat or safety squat
just under 12 weeks out…so I have pushed food for the last time
training day carbs up by 50gno other change 🙂

I would avoid cardio on leg day if I could as it will take away from the session

I would reduce cardio by half
and add food around the workout – maybe another 50cI’m not sure on your rest day kcals but I would like increase the fats a little on that day – maybe another 30g in total
hard to say of course as I don’t know your body etc but this would be a sensible approach 🙂

wedding was lovely
despite eating 200c pre bed last night and not dancing I dropped too much into today
I trained PULL at MJs gym in tewsbury….so have bumped up my carbs from 800 to 1000c just for todaywas a good session
rack pulls – so I went for a 10 rep set then a 16

ill be training in MJS gym in Tewksbury tomorrow for my pull session – luckily a lot the exercises are free bar or db so I can transfer the numbers
exciting couple of days for me…so the DANGER is that I will drop weight
I’m 12 weeks out
