    Hi all
    Things going well – I’m having to really eat!

    Today 1000g of carbs – my weight isn’t moving much as we were seemingly a little too moderate out the gate

    Sessions going well and feeling motivated

    I’m using my normal vit regime
    Curcumin
    Omegas
    Primrose
    Dim
    D3

    so I’m back to reality and finally sitting down to update

    VERY happy with my look for both shows 🙂
    need to tailor the peak even more…need to fuller but that’s all very doable

    the plan now is to do the NABBA UNIVERSE and WFF WORLDS…these are on 28th October and 4th November
    so this Saturday I am 16 weeks out

    I have 6 weeks to retain all my tissue

    I am beaten on size…so I will come in fuller for the shows…the realism of growing any tissue between now and then is very slim as I am of course coming totally off all aas.

    GH and slin have gone straight back in and food has gone In nice and high…as reverse dieting isn’t an option for me…it simply sees me lose tissue.
    aim is to be 160lbs (12lbs up from now) by 10 weeks out

    diet
    m1 – 40p, 15f
    pre – 40p, 75c
    intra – 60p, 75c
    pwo – 60p, 290c
    meal – 40p, 160c
    pre bed – 40p, 15f
    night – 40p

    m1 – 40p, 15f
    m2 – 40p, 15f
    m3 – 40p, 50c
    m4 – 40p, 50c
    m5 – 40p, 50c
    pre bed – 40p, 15f
    night – 40p

    I cant leave the year without trying again and NAILING the peak 🙂

    this is the leanest I have been
    and the fullest so an even better illusion!

    keeping is SO SO simple…

    training today and tomorrow – NORMAL DIET
    NORMAL ret day on Thursday

    Friday having
    meals of 40p, 6f and 35c

    that’s it

    show day have meals on
    25p, 6f, 40c

    the difference is we WILL KEEP WATER IN…in the past I have needed up to 1k carbs…but then as soon as water is out…the fullness is out…so that we have pinpointed is the factor that needed addressing

    benched yesterday and managed 100kg for 5/5/6
    was aiming for 3 sets of 5 but then wanted to push it on the last set….SO pleased with that

    had a slight alteration to the plan

    I am going to do my dead and quad session on sunday – one day early…as now I’m ready the lines in my legs are very crispy even the day after training them so I would rather hit them in the sunday, 6 sleeps laying off them and they will be full but detailed…9 days may be a little too long

    posed last night and we feel this is it now…I have come in fast this week again.

    so a few more sessions to do and then ill rest up

    I will keep you updated on the day to day in Russia with the diet etc etc

    I will be doing a few videos just on my phone! and they will go up on the site…! 🙂

    busy weekend as usual

    this time next week ill be on the plan to Russia!! crazy
    tighter again this morning – weighed in a 146.4lbs

    we have pushed on again this week

    REST DAYS
    P – 280
    F – 20
    C – 40
    TRAINING DAY
    P – 300
    F – 6
    C – 310

    I would have dropped still on the last diet..so we are rushing a little bit…my I’m not getting weaker or looking flat..so we are just going with it and being a little more extreme as my body is tolerating it well and I really will be hitting my best condition to date

    last full week of training this week
    Monday – deads and quads
    Wednesday – bench and back
    Thursday – squats and hams – MOVING THIS FORWARD ONE DAY TO ALLOW MORE TIME OFF MY LEGS TO RECOVER FOR THE SHOW AND GET SHARP
    Saturday – narrow grip and back
    Sunday – EXTRA SESSION – hams, calves and abs – then the heathrow
    Monday – FLIGHT …land late evening

    just about to head off for my bench and back session

    aiming for 97.5kg for 3 sets of 5 today

    deadlifts went well yesterday and I’m feeling good despite the deficit

    DIET THIS WEEK

    REST DAYS: NO CHANGE
    P – 280
    F – 35
    C – 70

    TRAINING DAY
    P – 300
    F – 20
    C – 350

    im only 2.5 weeks out so we are just cutting into food a little more aggressively then likely needed…BUT we had a short time frame!
    I think I have about 4-5lbs left to come off but im literally tightening up every day at the moment 🙂

    VISA for Russia..sorted
    all flights booked

    so its very nearly time 🙂

    just in Vienna eating my PWO meal…guest posed yesterday which was lots of fun..literally didn’t do anything for it

    so this tells me that WATER IN ON SHOW day is a must
    I was stressing about leg detail and condition etc as they are battered from training…but they were fine and with water in muscles were so so much fuller then I have ever had on stage!!

    did my usual session today in top gym

    hit narrow grip bench for 3 sets of 8 – very happy

    diet change will be implemented from tomorrow PROBABLY
    but I have come in really fast this week…so me and Jordan will discuss it and ill confirm numbers 🙂

    2 weeks and 6 days til Russia – NABBA Worlds
    3 weeks and 6 days til rio – WFF Universe

    we made some alterations this week.

    down by 60g of carbs and 5g of fat on a training day
    down by 40g of carbs and 5g of fat on a rest day

    clen would be 100 per day

    no change to anything else

    i actually PUT ON 2lbs this week since last Monday…but i look a lot more muscular….am posing every evening so myself and and Jordan can assess

    i feel i have about 8lbs to drop

    training is going VERY well

    deads on Monday – 3 sets of 8 on 155kg

    today i have bench and am goig for 92.5kg for 3 sets of 6

    hey rich
    I usually just wear single or double ply knee sleeves and wouldn’t use wraps at all if I want powerlilfting

    personally, the point of the wraps is to get that extra bit of spring out the hole to allow for a higher total…which isn’t necessary most of the time
    i am starting to use them now, as they do take a lot of getting used to and i want to get good at USING the sleeves to my advantage

    you would have to read the rules/laws on possession within the country you are travelling too

    I know that when people go for a short period, maybe a week…they have taken the weekly total just before leaving and again on returning – hence not missing the total across the period

    this is obviously person dependent
