actually staying so lean I feel will hinder the final package…as I have had to concentrate on pushing back up rather then just having one goal to get into condition…but I will get there 🙂
re clen – in clinical use – they often don’t cycle and they use continuously for 20 weeks increasing the dose…it hasn’t been shown to be less effective with prolonged use
I don’t use prebiotics no…I don’t need them 🙂
I don’t do cardio bill 🙂
BACK FROM THE HEN DO….
so I was in Marbella for 3 nights Friday to Monday…I rested for 4 days and am back to training today…I kept all consistent whlst away of course and had a great time….I don’t like being away from routine, but its no bigger !!TIME for deadlifts today…im nervous!!

I have my pre workout meal about 90mins before training
I feel fine with carbs in general…in fact I feel fine with all macros…I never feel lethargy….equally within carbs I can function very well on fatsclen would be every day – no cycling

I actually stayed too lean and I lost too much muscle….so I wont be doing that again…plan after this is to FINALLY have a period of being a lot heavier to really work on my powerlifting for the end of the year…so expect to see a very different looking Corinne….but a very powerful one 😉

I am 7 weeks and 5 days out from the NABBA WORLDS IN RUSSIAstarted my diet on Friday….by removing 60g of cabrs on a training day…so current diet is
TRAINING
meal 1 – 40p, 20f
pre gym – 40p, 70c
intra – 40p, 90c
pwo – 40p, 280c
meal – 40p, 170c
pre bed – 40p, 20fREST DAY
meal 1 – 40p, 20f
meal 2 – 40p, 20f
meal 3 – 40p, 50c
meal 4 – 40p, 50c
meal 5 – 40p, 50c
pre bed – 40p, 20fhypothetically assistance would consist of – 15mg anavar per day
t3 – 25mcgs per day
clenbuterol at 40mcgs per day

I use cyclic dextrin – BUT I got on really well with maltodextrin too…so in my view, for cost, that would be my choice and I don’t feel it ever made a difference to my progress or recovery etc….essentially you want a fast carb…malto will do just fine 🙂

in my view…pwo cardio doesn’t make much sense….as after training you HR is elevated for a good period of time…so will doing 10 mins actually provide your body with any benefit?
its most likely to impede your recovery and switch on AMPK, which turns off mTOR – which is the pathway that we activate with strength training to encourage muscle growth….

I eat mine 1 hour after….up to 90mins is no issue in my view…depends on the person/digestion/intra nutrition etc

hey james…I never alter my sodium intake….however if it works for u are u are practised with the method, then I think a period of 4 weeks is long enough to be able to reach equilibrium and re follow the process

how long in total have you been on cycle? as you will need to ensure health is in check…

personally I feel 50mg t3 is too much – of course this is person and situation dependent
do you usually have to take that much?

there are no rules – try lower protein if you do not respond well to highermaybe try different protein sources too? it could be a food choice that’s the issue rather than the macro?
