I LOVE DC training….we used to run it VERY low volume and although that is great for packing on tissue and gaining strength, the output of the session will obviously not be as high as with slightly higher volume…so I favour a little more volume…20sets per session, 4 sessions per week, running 1 on 1 off works well for recovery when really pushing progressive overload

hey louis….are you LOOKING leaner? are skin folds lower? as weight is only one variable…it could be that you are dropping fat but just not to much weight….if however the first approach worked for you then I would use that method….maybe the session outputs varies a fair amount in the different sessions? ie leg day may expend 800kcals…an upper day may expend 400kcals…so clearly using the same macros will see you less into a deficit on some sessions…

so long time without an update! sorry! its been manic…so we are in tampa….we went to busch gardens yesterday which was really cool…today we are training again with scott and I think another guy called joe how has just got his pro card…we are training in downtown powerhouse tampa…then off to ‘sushi ninja’ for post workout…ill be sticking to my macros tho 🙂
we are going a full body workout again..we always deload a little whilst away as it fits better with travelling etc etc

what a hot hot day!
just finished my pwo meal…we trained push today….decline bb, chest press machine, db tricep floor press, dips, chest fly, dead stop skulls, tricep overheads…then only side raises…calves and abs
we have altered my training day diet a little…calories are the same, but more carb orientated…so I have changed a 40p, 30f meal to 40p, 67c

also important to go by feel a little too…if you reach a point where you feel too heavy etc and that happens to be at 8 weeks..then no harm to pull it back from there..be flexible and sensible 🙂

HOWEVER don’t get obsessed with NOT doing cardio…if it needs to go in it goes in….its not a let down to have to do cardio or hiit…the goal is GET PEELED…do what is needed, don’t try to prove a point by not doing it or trashing yourself with NEAT

hey ben,…if you wanted some real in depth one to one on this Jordan would be able to do a skype for you? so let us know…but yes the research/specifics on superdrol are very interesting and it has been shown to be incredibly effective…however it is an oral so wwould have more detriments on your liver health…using an oral pre workout only would illicit a good response (hypothetically)

hey…best to use tudca when NOT taking orals…as there is some evidence that it can down regulate the oral…JP uses 500mg am and pm…and have used the ‘premium powders’ brand from amazzon

hey matt…primo is a very mild anabolic, but at that dose it would iliicit good benefits
the cycle looks well thought out
just ensure bloods are good and only use clen if and when neededhypothetically, as you get closer to the goal the orals could be used each day…but the more sparingly the better really
