hey…well this isn’t something I have to worry about all too often…but it has been HOT HOT here in natal….personally I drink a lot more than 3liters between that time frame…but if that’s normal that’s ok…its likely youre drinking a little more, in which case your electrolytes might be washed out a little…so ensure you are using salt on your meals…just a TINY bit more than normal…ensure in the session you are drinking 1.5-2litres you will be sweating out a lot and need to put in more than you are losing

I would use natty ones…so vit b complex, vit c and dandelion root…if you increase your water intake the week of the show these will work well and very predictably!

its more relative to the timing and dosing of when you train…so if you train more days per week then you can use more….if you were training less than 4 days per week you may need higher per session…if you train 6 days then yes 0.3 per session pre and post would be advantageous

good news is JORDAN BLOODY WON!! so excited…was the longest day in the history of the world haha…!!
other good news is….IM BACK TO SQUATTING!! ooo yessss….yesterday, Monday, I did pause squats, beltless…and back was fine…so looks like we are good to go 🙂
decided I am DEFINITLY aiming for the BENCH ONLY meet on the 4th September…so 10 weeks out this sunday….I don’t feel it would be wise to do a full meet…it would be a sleeved squat total….so A) I never want to do a full meet and go below 500 total, which is possible without knee wraps…and B) given I have injured my lower back a little…its probably not the smartest of moves to put it through a period of strength and risk re injury…SO bench only it is…goal is to get a PB…which would be 115kg at 67.5kg…I have hit this number at both 72kgs and over but never at that weight so that’s cool….nice to focus on that 🙂

hey jasper…sorry for the delay on this…in hindsight it would have been more advantageous to the overall goal to sit on the calories and not push them up so much therefore avoiding gaining quite as much fluffy weight….for the next 4 weeks I would simply train da m hard and not increase food…you could even lower it a little if its still seeing you gain each week?

hello 🙂 I agree…hard to lose the mentality!
this is an impossible question to answer! it depending totally on you and you current intake etc etc as a general rule I favour carbs higher on training days, and focussed per workout and I favour higher fats on rest days…BUT this is not a rule!

hey…im not Jordan but my answer would be….
a cruise phase is about holding onto what you have and like you have highlighted, improving health and longevity…its NOT about growing…so in answer to this questions, your body is used to a super-physiological dose of test/aas, therefore you wont grow on a cruise…you will however hopefully maintain, remain healthy and then be in a prime position to grow once back on cycle.
Slin will facilitate a better ability to maintain your muscle mass, as this will allow for better uptake of nutrients around the workout and increase protein synthesis and decrease muscle protein breakdown

we found another gym tonight…very similar but we slightly preferred it to the first one…Jordan did his second depletion session…I was just gym caddy haha…ive got my usual training week so will be training tomorrow, Friday and Saturday….still avoiding lower back loading for this week..back is feeling good but I’m being EXTRA careful…normal diet this week too…cooking at the apartment so no issues there 🙂

in general with joint issues I would double my cucrumin and omega dose..to fully heel the injury you need to rest from any exercise that causes issues for at least 1-2 weeks…otherwise it simply wont recover…avoid those that hurt…sounds like you have pin pointed the issues
