    So…new goal, new class, new phase…new blog!

    with the re-intro of womens bodybuilding (WBB) back into the Olympia, the classification of the divisions has taken a shift.
    WPD can no longer be quite as conditioned ….this saw me place 2nd in the last show and made us rethink my position in the sport.

    being softer for me, isnt an option! So i have 1 option….compete in WBB!
    so that is what i will do ?

    i have a clear vision of what i want to create….i will bring me, just a little better (as i would have done anyway!) and now i can get even leaner

    let the 2021 challenge begin ?

    Like I said in my blog in the voice note , we won’t change anything about how we approach things , zero change to drugs , no change in time on vs time off. I am very confident with the training alone + another surplus phase now, we can step forward considerably in the areas that need to still improve as obv Corinne will be a small wbb , but we can make sure she is one of the most conditioned πŸ™‚

    Ooooooo, strapped in for this one – looking forward to it ? sounds good Jordan. The phrase ‘insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result’ need not apply. The only thing that’s required in this instance is more of the same over a period of time ? let’s go!

    you looked amazing Corinne! I was truly shocked by the decision from the judges but as you said the wpd has changed since wbb is back ! really looking forword to watch your journey!

    Yeah sounds like the best decision, your condition is insane so will be great to see you doing women’s bodybuilding.

    Love this decision! I was so happy when they brought WBB for the Olympia and some of the qualifying shows.

    I really look forward to seeing this progress and see the what the next look is like! Super excited for the new phase.

    i will be open, honest and 100% myself …im excited and nervoius to see how this journey has me looking and feeling
    its guna be a rollercoaster…..so i will share all those thoughts with you

    The comp was wednesday…i will start at the top…
    right away off stage, feelings all over the place…jordan and went and trained, i went to my nans grave with my dad…why not? lol
    hydrated, i actually felt pretty nauseous….im not sure why, i think it was just the emotion of it all?

    on the way home, stopped at a services, got a panini, sandwich, some prawns and a muffin…and a coffee with hazlenut syrup
    not the usual post show meal out we have….but life has kinda put a block on dinner dates…!
    had some cereal and stuff before bed – just ate enough to make sure i was starting on the right foot.

    Day 1 – Thursday
    pull session – obvs volume was real low but still had a very good session
    diet set for the foreseeable:
    Training day
    meal 1 – 40p, 20f, 100c
    pre – 40p, 100c
    intra – 40p, 86c
    pwo – 40p., 150c
    meal – 40p, 150c, 20f – BUT ON THURSDAY THIS WAS A LOOSER MEAL, HAD SOME NICER TREATS AS THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR DINNRE OUT TOGETHER, AYCE STYLE
    pre bed – 40p, 30f, 100c

    day 2 – friday
    rest day

    DIET
    meal 1 – 40p, 30f, 100c
    meal 2 – 40p, 8f, 100c
    meal 3 – 40p, 8f, 100c
    meal 4 – 40p, 8f, 100c
    pre bed – 40p, 30f, 100c

    I also got an aamzing hot choc with my sister and some cake treat things…we sat outside by the river and just had a chat….lovely πŸ™‚

    Day 3 – saturday
    legs – again low volume
    felt great tbh – UMMPH to train is mega right now, but i have to remember the show was days ago….literally, and i am still pretty lean… lol,
    diet as above, but nothing additonal

    Day 4 – TODAY
    rest day
    diet as above
    catching up with work and life today….still feeling tired but thats ok πŸ™‚

    This is amazing news and I know I for one am incredibly excited to see how you enter and progress within the division! Seeing the progress you made over the past year shows you certainly wont be out of place and will allow you to bring that trademark conditioning too!

    DS shoulder press machine – 2 sets – 71.25kg each side x 6 ….62.5kgs each side x 8.5
    Prime press – 1 set
    DS Narrow smith – 2 sets
    JM smith – 2 sets
    cable fly – 2 sets
    dual cable x push down – 1 set
    face away cuff side raise – 3 sets
    cable front raise – 1 set
    abs – 3 sets

    Amazingly strong for only a few days post show, obv with all gear out now , we don’t have long to make the most of the initial rebound but you can jump forward naturally in the first month if you work insanely hard and we will do just that.

    DAY 6
    cant believe this time last week we were arriving at watford….how has it been a week!?

    anyway
    PULL today…GREAT session – nice and strong
    the sooner i can get this muscle on the better so i can get 2021 underway
    i hope the calendar is kind…i would LOVE to go again march/april time…then again at the end of the year…we will see

    the session…and it really was brutal…so so drained…must remember, i am still kinda lean lol

    Glute drive – 1 set, 2 second peak squeeze
    Adductor – 1 higher rep set
    Heel raised trap bar, continuous – 1 set, 9 reps – THIS GOT ME!! so dam hard…straight into leg ext…wont keep this though, as my ability to get short wasnt great, so 2 x trap pull will be more advantegous.
    Upper back row – 2 sets
    Chest t bar upper back – -2 sets
    Seated lat row cable – 2 sets
    Prone pulldown lower lat with 5 seconds in the stretch – 2 sets
    Rear delt pulldown – 1 RP
    single arm cable curl face in – 1 set, then face out, 1 set
    Leg raise – 1 set
    Seated calf into standing – 1 set on each

    TICK TICK TICK
    no change to diet yet

    this time last week….it was the bit in the video after make up, when i posed in the hotel and felt the best i have ever ever felt about myself….
    cant help but feel a wee bit sad if im being 100% honest with you.

Now
