Thanks Nathan I’ll give this a go. It started as a pain in my bicep and when I went to a sports therapist I was told the bicep has been picking up the slack of the right pec but they couldn’t say why or find anything else wrong.

Currently I’m doing U/L/Rest then repeat that, I’m doing four failure sets in total for triceps and biceps.
My Other feedback was to bring up overall muscularity whilst keeping symmetry. With physique strength being good condition and back thickness
