Can totally concur with points 1-4 above. Point 1 I feel for me was 100% the most important. I pin test e eod for a total of 150mg a week – no ai therefore giving more stable bloods. This stopped me getting any new flare ups within a couple of weeks.

Sun on your skin will also help – as advised – just a small amount. At times when I couldn’t get the sun – sunbeds also helped but use sparingly.

I wouldn’t go scrubbing away at the skin whilst it’s tender – also don’t use any products that dry the skin (soaps etc or any shower gel formulations that are marketed to “help”). Use something like sanex zero as fragrances and additives to normal shower gel products can also effect hormones.

I know how you feel mate speaking from experience but you will be able to get on top of it and the scars will fade.

I’ll say it again – for me – the stable bloods was the most impactful in terms of getting on top of the situation.
