Hey Luke! Wanted to ask you about rest day nutrition, and how you typically go about it, as well as what you would recommend for someone who wants to have a rest day and a training day diet, how would you alter macros? Thanks again man!

I’ve had similar pains in my neck from time to time as well, especially during any type of compound lift like squats and deadlifts. I was told that it might potentially be “tension” headaches that can result from tensing of the neck frequently

Thanks Christopher, it’s something I’m definitely going to incorporate in my next training block. I feel like it gives the joints a break as well,and with a banded squat you have less spinal loading, so you can focus more on driving out of the hole explosively and having good quad contractions

Thanks Jack, I think that’s what I’ll do as well, hold back a bit on the weight and focus on gaining a rep here and there
