Hi guys

Day 2 of increased food today. Another bump up in food and this is the great thing about starting the peaking process early so not trying to force food in at the back end of the week. Carbs up a fair bit and a slight reduction in protein from chicken.

Still room to fill my frame even with today’s food but another positive step forwards in the right direction.

Trained today at titan fitness Alicante, nice to speak with like minded people and also tbjp supporters / followers / people who have seen my high and lows with injuries.

    My session today was;

Single arm push down : 3 sets 12-20 reps super set bicep curl

Lying hamstring curl : 2 sets of 8-12 reps

Leg extensions: 2 sets of 8-10,12-15 reps

leg press: 2 sets of 12-15 2 second pause in stretch each rep

seated hamstring curl: 1 sets of 8-12 reps

Calf press: 2 sets of 10-20 reps

*3 reps away from failure on all sets

Hey Marc did you notice a lot of difference in training and all between your ex coach and Kuba ?

There is none , that’s not its use at all . It has absolutely nothing to do with fat loss or a cal deficit. It’s to track your ability to use carbs by reflecting the rate of glucose in your blood . If your body can store them Quickly, it shows insulin sensitivity is high , if blood glucose stays high , it’s a reflection of poor insulin sensitivity. We use it in an offseason and typically around gh use to see how much gh is impacting our ability to use carbs .

How many minutes after the injection of gh should be measured?

Hey buddy, I think it’s definitely more difficult to hold complete mind to muscle connection when training upper back as there’s so many muscles involved in the movement! Your going to be using traps, rhomboids, biceps, rear Delts and lat also so keeping a connection with all of them at the same time is not going to be easy! Are you getting any sort of burn or anything in that area when performing the exercises? Do the movements feel good? It may be a case of changing your position/ execution or even exercise selection!

Yess the muscle get hard when execute, my girls touch during the movements and get pump
    Thanks to everyone

Retract your scapula hard , that’s it , what does feel have to do with anything ? If you retract your scapula and drive your elbows back , what do you think is moving the weight ? Do that progressively , without using momentum , those muscles grow . Feel , is entirely , irrelevant

    Thanks

So the pre meal looks fine to me if it digests well – I would pull the nut butter out.

I would make sure you are having 50g carbs intra workout with EAA on way to gym – make sure to drink the carbs as you train to maintain BG from the pre slin.

I would as Kuba states start with 3iu and work up from here based on how you feel and respond and adjust those intra workout carbs to keep BG levels maintained.

GH – pre gym or pre bed – its just personal preference and how you feel and which train of thought you follow but both will work extremely well. It also depends on how you feel.

I have some clients respond way better to pre workout we as others it makes them feel very tired and effects the workout and these respond better to pre bed.

I then have others that split pre gym and pre bed which I am also a fan of.

As with everything in this game there isnt just 1 way and in reality again the real key is just on taking the GH

In this case is better to do insulin with the meal 1.30h before ? Or do it 20/30 min before workout ?

So long as they’re not so bad that you need a knife and fork to cut them, you’re all good. It will depend on person to person, food amounts, intolerances etc.

Hahahaha ok no, they are not so bad hahaha

At 300 carb , your not even really in a position to use insulin in anyway that you are thinking / hoping it’s going to be some game changer ( it’s not )

you can have what 60-70g carbs pre workout meal 45 mins before , 50g Intra and 150g pwo , so your looking at 2-3iu pre workout and then 5-6iu pwo , if you take 4iu gh with the pre workout insulin dose that will then at least make the whole thing a little more worth it

So what I’m defo getting , which is very very normal, we have all been there , is thinking you can slam a load of insulin at the workout perimeter and have a ton of carbs and your going to explode . All that happens is you will get fat, very fast .

Do the above , be very mindful that after a diet , your body is going to pull food super fast from your gut and this could leave you hypo , if that happens , you must lower the insulin dose next time , or again , your going to get fat from the hypo binges

I don’t love the cycle , just going to be a watery mess with that much aromatisation and nothing to control it

A much wiser cycle would be

    200 test

    200 npp

    300 primo

You will then stay looking and feeling great , opposed to e2 levels having you cry at anything the tiniest bit sad lol

Hello Jordan can you explain why put gh with insulin?

I use it pre and post at 6iu. Food is very high though with a decent sized intra too. I pin it and then straight away eat my meal.

You don’t use gh post workout ?

    6iu novorapid pre and post

    12.5 t3

    50 anadrol on leg days
As the lads have said above, insulin pre-workout but I’ve never seen anyone doing it post. With GH, I’m currently splitting mine between pre-workout and pre-bed: 2iu pre and 4iu bed πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

I see a lot of poeple do it pre and post

Why do you want to use insulin post workout ?

    To maximize the assimilation
You don’t need it post workout as training already does this, so makes not much sense doing it post workout primarily

Pre workout makes the most sense

Gh I prefer mostly pre bed. I see no benefit post workout due to half life of Gh it won’t do anything in such short window
Thanks Kuba but lot of people do slin pre and post workout right. ?
