I can’t hack anymore , I also can’t do normal push downs , I never think is X enough , I just make it so

Thanks Jordan, those were my initial thoughts! I’ve also kept in low bar squatting (pause/regular), while obviously not ideal I guess it would still provide some stimulus. Do you think there is any drawback to this?
