    If that’s all you have , it’s all you have , so then you make it work

    I can’t hack anymore , I also can’t do normal push downs , I never think is X enough , I just make it so

    If the leg ext is all you have , then make it work 🙂

    Thanks Jordan, those were my initial thoughts! I’ve also kept in low bar squatting (pause/regular), while obviously not ideal I guess it would still provide some stimulus. Do you think there is any drawback to this?

    I would get buried in 2 weeks training 6 days/week on this split. How’s your recovery?
