    Studying for exams and lost time to post past two days. Rest day macros were 1871cal, 149g P / 58g F / 181g C, no cardio or lifting. Push and cardio yesterday.

    Push:
    3x Incline Chest Press
    3x Pec Deck
    3x Shoulder Press
    2x Dip Machine
    2x DB Lateral Raise
    2x Cable Tricep Extension

    Cardio: 40mins 10incline bike, 9.24 miles

    Macros: 1830cal, 153g P / 50g F / 198g C

    Ham focused legs today, another 40mins cardio while watching basketball, good macros

    3x Deficit Barbell RDLs
    3x Leg Extension
    2x Seated Leg Curl
    1x Horizontal Leg Press
    2x Adductors
    2x Standing Calf Raises

    Cardio: 40mins 10incline cardio bike, 9.3 miles
    Macros: 1900cal 160g P / 50g F / 210g C

    2x Unilateral Cable Pulldowns
    2x Row Machine (Upper Back)
    2x Unilateral Cable Row (Lat)
    2x Bayesian Curls
    2x Wide-grip Pullups

    Cardio: 40mins 10incline cardio bike, 9 miles

    Macros: 1830kcal, 160g P / 48g F / 190g C

    Pull day felt great, trying to focus more on controlled eccentric and squeeze as I get deeper on the cut. Cardio felt good also, had lots of basketball to watch with March Madness on. Only one pulldown as I feel like I tend to have a better connection with rowing movements.
