Finally managed to get myself one of your over sized t-shirts! And it fits great! I hope one day you plan on bringing some old school bodybuilding baggies out!!
Just to pick your brain a little on the business side of things… when you sit down with your team and choose designs for all of the clothes what is the thought process… do you choose what you think will sell or do you as a bodybuilder just design what you like yourself?
    Have a great weekend mate!

Happy New year jordan! Do you have any ideas when the clothes are dropping? I know initially you wanted it to be before Christmas but I know it’s been a crazy year so anything was possible!

    Hello Jordan hope your alright?
First question which might be a bit all over but here it goes… I read above you didn’t give Joe and Tim a contract when you decide these factors what do you base it on( doesn’t have to be specific to there situations) do you have a standard check list and if they don’t fit the criteria you don’t extend there contract( I suppose a little like training if an exercise isnt progressing just drop it out) also how do you deal with the friends aspect of it I know business is business but if somebody is taking the piss do you give them a warning and then just let them go. Reason I ask is because I’m sure a lot of people struggle when it comes to working with friends and been in business with them.
Second question is when you decide to tell us when the clothing drops can you pop it on here as I don’t have Insta and don’t fancy missing it like last time!
Sorry for the long winded question just want to pick your brain a little on the business aspect

Thanks Clare really appreciate the advice.

Hello David just been scrolling though the forum and came across this…. I can relate to you!! Although mine wasn’t through sport…. I ran onto chippy fell over and that’s how I caused it.. Crazy isnt it but I played football for years and occasionally it would flare up but what I always did when it did flare up was stretch lots! In winter it used to be a little worst due to the muscle been much colder so making stretching even more vital! But I did see a doctor and the lady told me to just keep doing quad stretches because it’s the quad pulling on the growth plate( not sure if that’s scientifically correct but that’s what the lady said) now I just have deep tissue massage one a month I don’t have It on my leg very often because it doesn’t hurt any more but if I was you I’d deffo listen to the ladies above and stretch plenty and hopefully it goes away!! Deffo like to hear how your going on now as you posted a while ago???

I have to agree with Clare it doesn’t matter what you really take at the end of the day you can’t just eat all your meals at night in a 3hour gap it’s just not going to work

Thank you so much guys for all your input. Would I be best to train fasted or try and get a meal in before? Not sure how much earlier I could get up as I finish work quite late and don’t want to be not getting enough sleep. Also would I do my cardio in the evening?

    Once again thanks guys??????

I’m no expert but from what I have read on here is you maybe best of having a high carb meal before bed, and then just have a shake in the morning so your not having to get up mega early

seems only option you really have is to get up early and go before work as like you say you have less than 1 hour after work which isn’t enough time for you
