    hello kuba, what do you think of the brand myogen for sus250 going to start cycle shortly 1shot a week as I’m new to the enhanced part! also been given shit advice before so how much tamoxifen would you suggest taking for 1shot a week and potentially in the future 2shots but not until I maximize my gains first which as you know could be a long while, loving the videos on YouTube as well keep them coming!! thankyou mate!

    evening Jordan I just read back on your log page 85 you train biceps but with push exercises as well what’s your thoughts on that mate? you did say you are rejigging some of the exercises just wondered if you could elaborate on why you made that decision kind regards

    alright Jordan, what’s the purpose of holding back on progression? is it because if you could do an extra 5 reps leave it at 2 so your body will progress and get more out of less? And how many reps extra did you get until you put the weight back mate? kind regards
