    I would do a complete digestive reset to reduce information down as much as possible

    Strip food choices right back – chicken / turkey / white fish – rice

    Glutamine – 15g 3 x a day

    Nothing off plan

    Tbjp digest pro – 3 caps daily

    Fresh sauerkraut- 20g 3 x a day

    2-4 weeks or till issues subside

    Hilly, thank you for your advice with the complete digestive reset diet. Would this just be chicken, turkey, or white fish meals with jasmine rice across the day for all meals with sauerkraut in 3 / 5 of my meals. I presume this diet means no sauces or seasoning. In regards to any suitable fat source, fruit and veg, would I include any of this in the diet alongside any pre workout drinks or intra ?

    Hi Ryan, for reference, my current daily intake looks like the following:

    Usually have approx 8-9L water per day. 6g Pink salt and 3g Lo salt both TD’s and NTD’s alongside 1 x sugar free fizzy drink and 1-2 coffees.

    TD – 3,270 Cals| 209P| 511C| 44F

    Fasted digestive drink – 30ml Apple cider vinegar, 20ml lemon juice, hot water, 90ml aloe vera juice and hot water

    4:50am M1 / Pre – 150g Chicken breast / 120g dry weight jasmine rice / 100g banana / 10g Almond butter

    Train at 6:00am – Intra – MPS max / 30g carb from performance fuel

    9:00 M2 / Post – 150g Chicken breast / 125g COR / 100g blueberries / 2 Caramel rice cakes / 30g Jam

    12:00 M3 – 150g 5% Beef mince / 100g dry weight jasmine rice / 50g frozen mixed veg (carrots, peas, sweetcorn, green beans) / 20g sauerkraut / 15g hot sauce or mustard.

    15:00 M4 – 150g Chicken breast / 100g dry weight jasmine rice / 10g Coconut Oil / 50g lettuce / 20g kimchi / 100g pineapple / 15g hot sauce

    18:15 M5 – 150g Chicken Breast / 50g Spinach / 50g Oats / 100g Mixed berries

    NTD – 2,831 cals| 198P| 405 C| 47F

    Fasted digestive drink – 30ml Apple cider vinegar, 20ml lemon juice, hot water, 90ml aloe vera juice and hot water

    8:20 M1 – 2 Whole eggs / 75g egg whites / 150g sourdough bread / 50g smoked salmon / 15g hot sauce

    11:00 M2 – 150g Chicken breast / 100g dry weight jasmine rice / 50g lettuce / 100g pineapple / 15g hot sauce

    13:20 M3 – 3 – 150g 5% Beef mince / 100g dry weight jasmine rice / 50g frozen mixed veg (carrots, peas, sweetcorn, green beans) / 20g sauerkraut / 15g hot sauce or mustard.

    15:40 M4 – 50g Chicken breast / 100g dry weight jasmine rice / 50g Spinach / 100g pineapple / 15g hot sauce

    18:00 M5 – 150g Salmon fillet / 100g oats / 100g Mixed Berries.
