Pro forma are who sent me mine along with the hplc testing , they don’t seem to be up and running on their site for a few days though . Wouldn’t touch anyone without lab tests , and consistent batch testing at that too .

All being well I’ll drive down from Leeds at some point and get a session in! Just following on from your comment that you realised you were too strong for full-body training. . . Obviously you’re insanely strong, but at what point would you advise someone to move from full-body training to upper/lower? Is it when one becomes strong enough to cause the proceeding lifts in the full-body session to stall or regress?? Apologies if this is digressing slightly from your log a little mate

Hi Jordan, how do you establish your baseline volume? Is it literally just 1 set of each exercise to maintain strength on that movement (whilst in a deficit)?

Venous would be better, this is what is used in hospitals as it’s more accurate and reliable.
(I’ve personally had 2 failed results with capillary).
If you don’t have access to a phlebotomist and want to pursue capillary, just try and pool blood distally into the finger tip, starting from the proximal joint.
Youth Revisited (Competitive Athlete) appears to be the most comprehensive blood panel but this is venous.

Hey bud, I wouldn’t be overly concerned about ester weights. I dont think anyone i know works on that measurement if your want to run 3mg per kg bodyweight as in the safer use model alot of people work to then just use the mg/ml dosing. if your overly concerned of not getting a full dosing run it at 3.5mg/kg

I think (naively) looking back that the strategy (which somebody suggested) was to use it in a cruise to hold onto the strength gained from the blast, thank you all for clearing this up.

Hi Jordan, I recently read a post by Dante on IG regarding boron and how he recommends 6mg morning and night to increase free testosterone, is this something you would consider alongside your TRT dosage?

Hi Jordan, what level of total testosterone nmol/l are you now looking to achieve/ maintain following your consultation with The Leger Clinic? I understand you’re now using just 125mg test enanthate weekly.
Also, would you recommend the clinic? I live in Leeds so this would be ideal for me in a few years time, given that it’s only in Doncaster.

I don’t imagine that you care what he’s said lol but he mentioned that when performing a lighter set first that the CNS receives afferent feedback and therefore holds on to the HTMU’s for following sets? Obviously he does a lot of work with Chris Beardsley so I was curious if there’s any truth to this but as far as real world application, success is in clues and I know that you programmed the majority of lighter sets first for Corinne prior to heavier sets and her results speak for themselves!

No mine is 100mg/ml rohm or dimensions . The sg one is defo real but I react to the shots sadly , most people don’t , it’s just me . The quanta I need to see lab reports on it before I would use it. The sg I have seen lab reports that’s why I know it’s real

(I’m always apprehensive with primo as I’m sure most are), coincidentally the Quanta primo result was released last week as well (192mg of 200mg/ml) if that helps

Hi Jordan, with the 190mg Primobolan, is this from a 200mg/ml preparation such as Quanta or Southern Ghost? If so, do you experience any PIP in comparison to 100mg/ml with this more concentrated amount? 200mg/ml would be ideal for me to meet my weekly target and with less pin frequency (Mon & Thurs), given the enanthate ester. . .
