Yep! 100mcg is wicked too 🙂

Jamey , the profiles aren’t as genuinely they don’t need it , the glute bias best in the short , and these do that , but not like ridiculously so , so they really are ideal.
Jord, just curious. . . do any other muscles bias best in the shortened range?

Damo I will be trying it in this run which is exciting . What doses did you try ? And I’m just on Chinese genetics . Alchemia has some in their what’s app contact
Mark I still use it aswell
Thanks Jord, I tried 50mcg for about a week but felt I didn’t get much from that, although I probably was a bit impatient. . . Given that there were no sides I bumped it up to 100mcg on wake and I feel like that dose is quite pronounced 🙂 I’ve got the Alchemia number, thank you

Not to talk about my own experiences on this thread as I appreciate that it’s your log J but just wanted you to know that the Pro Forma GC-1 has been an game changer for me mate 🙂 supreme stuff 😉
-
What’s the current GH brand you’re using J?
-
Good decision ! When you get through them / need more , email direct and ask if whah the situation is for them for research use
Will do 🙂 , thanks J. Do you administer Cag subcut in the same syringe as Reta?
-
Reta, cag , sema and tirz are now off the PF site , as per keeping inline with mhra guidelines and GLP one drugs . However it’s likely we will be able to list them again in future so we will sit on our stock for when that happens . If anyone has any questions as to when they can get them again for research , drop customer service an email and ask if it’s available for research yet
I bought 6 Reta’s and 1 Cag, mainly for when I reverse out! Couldn’t not at 30% off although it hit my pocket hard lol! ‘If you’re going to try, go all the way’! We know who said that! 😉

Pro forma are who sent me mine along with the hplc testing , they don’t seem to be up and running on their site for a few days though . Wouldn’t touch anyone without lab tests , and consistent batch testing at that too .
That’s great, thanks J! I’ll wait for the Pro Forma site to launch in 2 days 🙂

J, were the peptides intramuscular injections or subcut?

Hi mate, what’s your usual GH of choice and what do you think to the Biolab GH that seems to have gained popularity? I know that Joe/Cal/Do Rego have used it. . .

Morning Jordan, congratulations on The Shed! It looks amazing! 🙂 All being well I’ll drive down from Leeds at some point and get a session in! Just following on from your comment that you realised you were too strong for full-body training. . . Obviously you’re insanely strong, but at what point would you advise someone to move from full-body training to upper/lower? Is it when one becomes strong enough to cause the proceeding lifts in the full-body session to stall or regress?? Apologies if this is digressing slightly from your log a little mate
-
Hi Jordan, how do you establish your baseline volume? Is it literally just 1 set of each exercise to maintain strength on that movement (whilst in a deficit)?
-
Venous would be better, this is what is used in hospitals as it’s more accurate and reliable.
(I’ve personally had 2 failed results with capillary).
If you don’t have access to a phlebotomist and want to pursue capillary, just try and pool blood distally into the finger tip, starting from the proximal joint.
Youth Revisited (Competitive Athlete) appears to be the most comprehensive blood panel but this is venous.
