    Hey bud, I wouldn’t be overly concerned about ester weights. I dont think anyone i know works on that measurement if your want to run 3mg per kg bodyweight as in the safer use model alot of people work to then just use the mg/ml dosing. if your overly concerned of not getting a full dosing run it at 3.5mg/kg

    Hi Sas, only because I wanted to run testosterone at 3 mg’s per kg 🙂

    Just being a nerd really, I even sent it to Janoshik for testing…

    I think (naively) looking back that the strategy (which somebody suggested) was to use it in a cruise to hold onto the strength gained from the blast, thank you all for clearing this up.

    Hi Jordan, I recently read a post by Dante on IG regarding boron and how he recommends 6mg morning and night to increase free testosterone, is this something you would consider alongside your TRT dosage?

    Hi Jordan, what level of total testosterone nmol/l are you now looking to achieve/ maintain following your consultation with The Leger Clinic? I understand you’re now using just 125mg test enanthate weekly.

    Also, would you recommend the clinic? I live in Leeds so this would be ideal for me in a few years time, given that it’s only in Doncaster.

    Kostas , look at the numbers in yday session – x 5 x 4 x 3

    Listen, everything is by feel. On days you can go jn and go heavy and then go even heavier , do it. On days you can’t , because your body gives you feedback it’s not wise, don’t . Tmo I have legs , I have no
    Idea if my first set of leg press is going to be 30 reps or 10 , but I will know
    Once I start warming up as things either feel really light – so I will go 16/17 plates a side and do a 10 rep set or they feel super heavy so I don’t rush and I start on a 12 plate a side and go for 25-30 .

    Jordan sorry to mention his name in your log but what do you think to the comments that Paul Carter has made about rep ranges? I don’t imagine that you care what he’s said lol but he mentioned that when performing a lighter set first that the CNS receives afferent feedback and therefore holds on to the HTMU’s for following sets? Obviously he does a lot of work with Chris Beardsley so I was curious if there’s any truth to this but as far as real world application, success is in clues and I know that you programmed the majority of lighter sets first for Corinne prior to heavier sets and her results speak for themselves! 🙂 Just curious of your take on it mate.

    No mine is 100mg/ml rohm or dimensions . The sg one is defo real but I react to the shots sadly , most people don’t , it’s just me . The quanta I need to see lab reports on it before I would use it. The sg I have seen lab reports that’s why I know it’s real

    Thanks for the reply Jordan, very appreciative that the ROHM 100mg/ml primo report was posted recently 🙂 (I’m always apprehensive with primo as I’m sure most are), coincidentally the Quanta primo result was released last week as well (192mg of 200mg/ml) if that helps

    Hi Jordan, with the 190mg Primobolan, is this from a 200mg/ml preparation such as Quanta or Southern Ghost? If so, do you experience any PIP in comparison to 100mg/ml with this more concentrated amount? 200mg/ml would be ideal for me to meet my weekly target and with less pin frequency (Mon & Thurs), given the enanthate ester. . .

    Hope you recover quickly. . .

    Do you favour propionate for the short half life and low shot volume given your EOD injection approach? For larger volumes, what is the optimal frequency you would pin propionate or enanthate/cypionate?

    Btw, the Maveric bars are amazing mate! Can handle 2 easily without any bloating etc, things have come on since the Met-Rx bars from Holland & Barrett back in the day, ha! 🙂

    I intend to start my first cycle in December, was going to use 250mg Test E per week. Do you think the ROHM Test cypionate will be good to go instead, considering the current issue with enanthate? Not bothered if it’s C or E, given the infrequency of injections. I will just have to increase the volume to 1.25ml shots as the cypionate is 200mg/1ml @Jordan_peters @Ryanpetford @Hilly

    Jordan do you have any concerns associated with immunosuppression with long term TRT use?


    Reason I ask is because I am employed in a health care setting so the risk of acquiring viruses, coupled with night shifts etc isn’t favourable for a compromised immune system as you can imagine.

    Just trying to weigh up the pros/cons before deciding what to do in a couple of years time. . .

    THE 8-12-8 METHOD

    Pick a weight you can do 8 reps with.

    Next week, try to do more than 8 reps with it.

    When you can do 12 reps with it, add weight until you’re back at 8 reps.

    Repeat until big and strong.

    Hi Jordan,

    What ancillary drugs are you using alongside your TRT prop, i.e HCG etc?

    Also, do you ever bother with ‘at home’ urine analysis?
