At what frequency ? Push / pull / legs / off , so every 4 sleeps you hit push again ?
If so , 8 sets pressing is fine , and your order is fine for the first one .
What tells you it’s absolutely fine though is your lift progressions , if your progressing all your lifts, you have the green light .
yeah you are right i hit push every 4 sleeps.

swap out machine chest press for pec deck. U have too much pressing. I would do it like this:
Incline press
Shoulder press
Pec deck
Laterals
Close grip bench
Tricep extension
is it still possible to get my bench stronger cuz i wanna hit 180kg

Im doing 6-8 sets for chest every week is that to much?

Could it be a problem if you take every set till failure + partial reps?

Hello, I am currently doing pplrulr and my rep ranges are 5-9 reps. i do the same movements every week like i do incline smith bench on my upper days and incline hammer strenght press on my push days.
