I am in the debut of 3 week post show.
I finish the prep with tren A , mast A 500 mg each winstrol tab, anavar 50 mg each , halotestin 20 mg
T3 and T4 , proviron , test was cut
I re-add test at 125 mg e4d , since 2 week and hgh 5 ui a day
Blood test is comming next week, do you think i am in the right way ?
I took all health supplément all the prep, astragale, liver supp, heart supp, support max (strom nutrition ) omega 3 , and all vitamine (d3k2, multi etc… )

I think I would say this applies more to dieting phases making sure when trying to get lean naturally you’re maintaining enough healthy fats to regulate hormone production. In an off season setting you still need those essential fats but your calories will be much higher so it might not be 20% of your total calories

People use use insulin with GH because GH can have a negative effect on blood glucose levels and insulin resistance -
I think primo is the better choice for an off season setting imo but it is more expensive and often faked so be careful where you’re sourcing it 🙂

Tbh that doesn’t sound like a great coach – if you’ve made it clear you want to go down the assisted route you’re paying for their guidance they should be able to advise you and educate you through those decisions
