    1. maxibon (Aussie product)
    2. choc hazelnut
    3. There are so many options I don’t think I’d ever give the same answer but here goes.
dark chocolate base, hot fudge sauce, banana, toffee or caramel ice cream and caramel fudge.
    And sprinkles on top.
    Because sprinkles.

Excited to hear your feedback on the Nandrolone base cycle.
However as Max mentioned, you may have prolactin side effect issues while you still have test in your system as the combination of test and nandrolone together is where people tend to run into issues with libido and estro/prolactin issues.
But you have all your ancillaries on hand so it should be fine but i expect your going to be feeling pretty damn good after about 4 weeks when your clear of all other esters and had a break from orals!

Do you find your meal off is becoming purely based on performance now you far into offseason and food cravings aren’t there?
I know you do prefer more modest free meals compared to your typical bodybuilders who go nuts on 2 whole pizzas or a couple of five guys washed down with a ben n jerrys.
Have you noticed a behavioral switch in your relationship with food especially the last two years?

Where do Tim Tams, Chocolate digestives and jaffa Cakes fit in then? They always go in the bicky tin/tupperware, can come individually wrapped (in aus).
Oh and another one just to stir the pot, Wagon Wheels? Where the hell do they belong? haha

Whats the purpose of the masteron in this current cycle?
Seems mainly for cosmetic effects, I’ve only used it at the tail end of diets for a dryer, hard and vascular look.

corinne, have been following for about 2 years now.
this is without a doubt your greatest look, your lower body looks night and day different to your last season.
maybe biting the bullet and taking all that rest jordan prescribes was on the money!

    1. Lee Priest – But personality….not so much. He is very standoffish in person unless you peak his interest.
    2. Ivana ivusic – Love her training style alongside John Meadows and her shape is very balanced.
    3. Mike Mentzer/Jordan Peters =D. I Say Mike first but his minimalist training volume to me is a turn off. Jordan Is very similar in intensity but with smart use of Volume and sets.

Jordan, Since likely giving up on DHB. Would you considering using nadrolone as a base for your cruises or offseason?
It goes against the grain but my endocrinologist and I spent most of last year using nandrolone as my HRT.
I find it’s a great alternative for those who are quite sensitive to water retention and skin issues from test.
I’m still going to use testosterone when i start my prep because it’s the safest, tried and true way but may be worth thinking about.

As soon as i see things like ‘optional’ or ranges of macronutrients and days where u ‘cheat’ and aren’t tracking. Then the alarm bells go off.
When you give yourself leeway, your always going to drift to whats comfortable, which is eating the minimal range or skipping the optional meal.
As for cheats, there are always those that go to far, then there are those that have one cheat meal and feel crap and don’t eat again for another 6 hours….calorie deficit ensues.

Will, as this is a warm up show for him this weekend. Likely drugs will stay exactly the same.
The major adjustments will be made for his target show tampa.
Wouldn’t make sense to pull out hormones for 1 week then back in again causing alot of fluctuation.

    Adam.
Out of curiosity as i myself aim aiming to do the NSW ifbb qualifiers either oct or feb depending on progress.
Assuming you are prepping with Jordan now? Will you be doing things a bit differently drug wise due to restrictions in aus. My coach is from Aus and wants me running HGH but i can’t justify it as the only reliable source i know of is out of this world expensive.

it would make alot of sense for the prop to be underdosed or fake. You have been getting constantly flat even with all these high ays, the letro could be drying you out and tanking estro but we can’t know because the tren interferes with your estro reading.
Even if your a fast metaboliser of test pro, levels like that are around a trt dosage of test so something is definitely up with your test prop.
You;ll know pretty quick whats going on by switching to the other brand of test either way.

Thats cool to know, will be interesting to see how progress works out by changing to a cruise method.
I feel alot of people who do PCT make the claim that you don’t make much progress when cruising and blasting. But in my opinion thats usually because the body fluctuates going from PCT to blast, alot more tissue is lost but all regained very quickly when back on a blast.
Whereas changing from cruise to blast the jump in weight and growth is much less pronounced as they haven’t dropped so much weight (glycogen/muscle)by cruising.

it’s always dependent on the individual.
Personally, i don’t feel anyone can be making their best progression working out so many days back to back. You really need to be freak status to pull this off (coleman comes to mind). This type of intensity and frequency could be done for very short periods successfully as a tool to increase calorie burn, but in terms of a long term split i don’t think it is your best option.
