The issue with people running a deca only cycle is that everyone thinks they are running deca only when in reality half the UGL labs cut every drug with test or even entirely test.
So yeah you run that risk of combining a high dose of test and deca which will raise your prolactin, estrogen and get you all the unwanted sides, this leads to so much misleading information about people making claims, deca only is terrible and never works, when in reality it’s repeatedly used in studies as a standalone hormone replacement in males. So ask yourself, why did it really not work for me? Before you jump to conclusions about deca only being terrible, question your ‘trusted source’.
Personally, it’s no miracle drug, however in my experience using it, my skin has been clearer, better color, hair has thickened and i carry MUCH less water while not needing to use aromasin which my HDL is thanking me for. Does it build more muscle? not really much difference, but if your taking less drugs to manage side effects, your digestion will feel miles different and that to me is more important for growth than how anabolic each drug is compared to another. -
Thanks for the replies sas.
Would be interesting to hear your preference for cruising off blast.
I believe chris has alot of clients who come off with PCT. Are you of the same opinion or do you drop down to a TRT dose of testosterone? -
Hey Sas.
Great to see you alot more enthusiastic, seems the prep brain is fading away.
When you were dieting with chris, were your meals on rest days very different to training days? Or was it purely based off Chris’s thoughts from pictures daily? -

Any reason for cutting out foods are generally due to less carbs/calories.Looked crazy in your guest posing this weekend james, Your upperbody had definitely come up big time this offseason, your waistline already looks smaller from all the upperbody width added. Your taper is going to look crazy this year come showtime!!

Since here in aus we get none of the good stuff like cream of rice.
Save yourself some $$$ and just put your jasmine rice in a blender and blend until powder consistency. Thats exactly the same as cream of rice minus any additives and ALOT cheaper.
Cooks exactly the same, but does have that jasmine aroma. -

MemberJune 1, 2018 at 1:50 am in reply to: James Hollingshead 2018 transition into off seasonAre your meals for the rest of the day PRO/FAT meals at this point?
Or are you still consuming carbs at all training day meals?
If i remember unlike jordan and his other clients you tend to do better on carbs spread out instead of cramming all of it pre/intra/post like.
Is this still the case or as carbs drop you prefer to switch to carb/fat only meals? -

He listed his day on the last page.
No major changes besides a cookie thrown in. -
hey JP.
Considering your strength is fading now on some workouts, especially push. Would you consider pulling out or reducing some of the orals that are there purely for strength?
i know you can handle all those orals but if they aren’t serving the purpose they are there for would you not be better off with less stress on your body by reducing or removing some? -
You have any strategies for nutrition in your upcoming growth phase? More emphasis on fats? Lower training volume? Supplements or peptides?
Given your insane carb totals while cutting i can’t imagine how how high it will get. I really don’t envy you haha, your going to make Jordans milos days look like childsplay. -
It may not be that your insulin sensitive.
Given that your fasting blood glucose is 3.0 (that is hypoglycaemic)and your are consuming an extremely high amount of carbs, you may have hyperinsulinemia. This is where your body produces excess insulin.
It’s well worth having your insulin levels checked in bloodwork or see a endo about it. -
More than likely it’s for digestibility purposes and caloric value. Almond milk is next to no calories and does not contain any lactose which can be troublesome for anyone if consumed in a large amount.

If reducing them is effecting your progression then you will just have to put up with the bloat in order to continue seeing results.

Vitargo should provide the same benefits however it may sit a little heavier in your stomach compared to HBCD and PeptoPro(this is like a water consistency). Adding whey iso is also a good idea if PeptoPro is not available however again, may not sit well.
At the end of it though, if vitargo and whey iso does not bloat or leave you feeling ‘heavy’ then it should be perfectly fine.
