Had this done Dec 3rd.
I was back doing legs 2 weeks after, then week 3 added back work – no chest supported and not fully lengthened. Week 4 I was doing everything Except chest, week 5 back to normal :). This was going by how I felt moving. Only thing I would change is to make sure to move outside the gym in terms of delts/scapula/chest etc. Definitely had a lot of chest tightness to work-through from holding my shoulders folder “protecting” myself.

2 weeks are way too short.
You can start to train the rest of your body a few days after the seems are removed. But I wont start training earlier then 4 weeks after.
depending on the size of your knot it needs to get cut out deeply, this needs to heal properly !
Otherwise it will open up again and same procedure again,

Do you mean, train rest of body but stay away from chest for 4 weeks or take a full 4 weeks off?

3.5k in harley Street. Its expensive but I’d rather over pay and not have the worry of my chest looking like a smiley face!!
There’s a guy i know at my gym who went overseas, can give you his insta as his was successful and possibly cheaper.

Just switched to Aburaihan Prop and its safe to say that these are real…pumps insane and anxiety is up on half the dose of the pharmacom stuff..

Going to get blood done, everywhere offering to actually take the blood is quite expensive so looking at medichecks but am unsure about thw accuracy42/legitimacy of a finger prick..
I put in 150 mg prop as am experiment and did my usual 200mg of cyp today.. Still feel flat, soft and just have that “off gear” feeling..normally i feel pumped and a bit overestimated /anxious after a big shot of prop but i feel completely normal.
Let’s see what the blood test shows -
I got a message back saying i had entered the codes wrong.. I re tried and used slight different letters (l instead of i) and it worked.. Looks like all 4 are legit

Have bought and received, all codes legit on website but dont feel much from 200mg eod.. All of my saw nips and estrogen sides habe gone but i have taken a bit of aromisin so i may be a little flat due to low estrogen now..
Assuming if the pharamcom codes are good ot should be OK?

After a while we struggle much less like I said bud, so you have to persevere and try to diet imo , i don’t think it’s even that your unstable with food, but it’s very possible your body is super heightened physiologically to say – fuckkk you need to eat . And then ur response is okk fuck let’s eat.
Now we have had this convo and you know it’s coming and you know you want to avoid it, then the battle is on and you can take steps to be ready – fill up on high protein and veggies first , use Greek yoghurt to pad out meals , use diet soda to curve cravings , use calorie free options when you can, keep junk food out the house . These are all things i defo do post diet buddy ???? .

Advice and personal experience is useful just knowing that everyone struggles is helpful.
I would think that next steps would be to try and create a more robust meal plan beefed out with some of the volume foods above and potentially work with a coach to gain some stability and progress properly.

i was suffering back whilst caring for mum in the later stages of her cancer
living at hers my way if dealing with life was to consume foods that satisfied me…something tells me that your cycle / habit is emotional response to something?

Thanks for sharing James, can’t even begin to understand what that must have been like mate and i take my hat off to you for getting up on stage and doing us all proud.
i can speak with Empathy of the lack of control and the constant battle with food I can understand the internal thoughts that come along with the disappointment, guilt, anger ect after the dust settles and you wake up full of regret(and look like shit too)
Emotional eating – Yes very possible potentially, im not closed off to any cause but it tends to feel quite a strong biological response when im lean like there is no amount of food that can fill me up..its fucking annoying lol . The more emotional eating may take place somewhere in the middle of my “bulk” after several binges where i can get too fat to to feel in control of the look/physique and just think “fuck it”
If you can recommend anyone or anything that helped you it would be greatly received.

Eating to satisfy hunger, in a post diet phase , none of us do that, we will be very hungry for weeks, often more hungry than prep, for most of us a lot more hungry than prep , but we don’t ever consider satisfying hunger because that does just gain fat very fast, as you have stated . So the question is, can you simply eat in a surplus from your end point , that js maybe 200 cals, 250 cals a day, and then let your bodyweight adjust, then repeat the next week, so on . This approach means it will like take you 7-8 weeks to rid of hunger , but you will then get the results your seeking. It’s not easy and it takes practice , we make it look easy because of just lots of practice ????

My assumption wrongly was that others didn’t struggle so much or that they level out quickly after a few cheat meals and a small increase im bodyfat post diet/show.
Perhaps some guidance may be needed in terms of building a sustainable diet along with a bit of discipline and possibly some support from someone who has experience in this field.
Now the question is what does one do who is essentially too fat tp bulk but too unstable to diet? Re comp? Mini cut? Or just keep rolling through whilst trying to create a better relationship with food?

I was thinking about seeing someone when it was proper bad(its obvnat its worst when lean pr post diet) but i read up on it and I didn’t link it to any sort of eating disorder.
Is there anything you did to try and address this without getting fat?

I think the biggest problem is that you’re going into an aggressive cut in a panic because you’ve put on unwanted fat from the previous binge. I think you need to spend some time regaining a healthy relationship with food and take a much slower approach into a cut, which doesn’t restrict you as much. Do you have any long or short term goals? Having something to work towards and a reason for wanting to improve your physique can significantly help with accountability and staying on track.
@Hilly is far more educated in this area and may have some more practical suggestions for you.

I don’t have a specific goal at the moment other than to improve weak parts and look better than the previous year when I diet down.
I don’t consider myself ready to do a show as i have a weak chest which really needs improvements before competing.
I would love to be able to be disciplined enough to eat consistently for fuel in both growing and cutting stages and to avoid it leading to binges.
I find the more strict/structured i am the bigger the binge .the binging is not just a few extra cals its usually thousands and thousands of calories which can some tomes go on for a week.
It can be demoralising to have worked so hard to stay on plan for a few weeks/months and literally undo it im a week
Another thing i dont know what my true maintaince is so there is a good Chance ive been consistently over dieting each year.

Ps dont self medicate or listen to any of tje Adrenal Fatigue dickheads who advocate using Hydrocortisone to “heal the adrenals”..it will fuck you up and you wikl only need it if you truly jace Addisons(which is rare as fuck) sounds like this is temporarily caused by androgens…
