Just felt like shit, tired weak, blood sugar constantly dropping between meals. Would get quite shaky when under stress or exceecising and lost the ability to work out for quite some time.
I had to spend a lot of time resting up, eatong well and adding in the right nutrients.
I came off of anabolics for 10 years and became a natty prune until 2018 lol
Low cortisol is no joke.

Be careful mate, investigate whats going on then make a call. If you are still on aas and t3 that will skew results. T3 Known to clear cortisol quickly which is why they dont give T3 to hypoadrenal patients.
Speaking anecdotally (im not a dr or expert) ive buggered my adrenals in past and to an extent they are still not perfect.
If i push my test dose up to fast or my estrogen gets tp high i personally find my cortisol drops and i start to get alot of low cortisol symptoms back.i also feel more symptomatic when i add in things like proviron.
When i back off on my test dose or control the estrogen that seems to bring me back to normal.
Another thing- i take HCG every other day and that is supposed to keep the body converting cholesterol to pregenolone which in turn makes cortisol.
That seems to have helped me a lot when just doing trt.
Like i said, may just be my own settings but hormones play a huge role with cortisol.
Hope that helps.. Please don’t make the mistake i did and underestimate how crucial cortisol is.

Apparently there arr a few resellers in UK that hold it.
Not sure of the rules of posting links but the title pf the website has 101 and fitness in it and the reviews look good.. Customer service /email response seems to be good.. -
The manufacturer’s official site has an URL that contains the words “basic” and “stero”. Anything you get from there is legit. Shipping is from an EU country, from EU to EU it takes about a week. There are pretty good fakes out there, so if you buy from a reseller, be sure to check the code. If the codes work it’s most likely legit.
Thanks mate this is really useful.

I dropped the Test E and feel 100 percent better.
I switched to pharmacom cypionate and have done my 2nd shot of 200mg, its either very subtle in its delivery or its fake as all of the high test sides have gone .. Including any aggression, pump or even sex drive. I did the security code online and it came up legit, i just feel like im completely off cycle now.. I’ve heard there are lots of fake pharamcom around so it may be shit, who knows.
I will run it for another few weeks and do bloods,if it comes out at TRT levels I will just stay “off” until i can find a clean reliable source…

May clear out and get blood taken in two weeks time.
I have been recommended aromasin but I’m finding it hard to get.
Gyno getting bad enough to consider surgery I think …

Thanks blakey
Since my doc appointment I have to admit my diet has gone out of window and have eaten crap all weekend and haven’t tracked anything so I’ve probably lowered protein by accident.
From next week I’m going for 250p,300c,60f on workout days and will do 2000,250c,80f on non training days.
Prob not a bad shout to get the vitamin test done as I think I’m going to need to be quite smart about this instead of stabbing in the dark.
Due to having weak adrenals I’ve got to be careful when introducing New supplements , I might explore that avenue too and start backing off of training intensity and just workout without going to failure until I’ve got this under control.
I’ve basically slept all day today so I have a bit of reserve built up for the week, will be aiming for 8 hours a night and making sure I limit stress where possible outside of work.

I’ve tried lots of relaxation and getting to bed earlier.
I’ve recently got rid of caffeine and only now have the occasional coffee of decaf to try and manage stress levels.
I have reduced my training frequency down and am hoping that will make a difference.
Got back from the doctors and pretty much a waste of time.
Wasn’t prepared to prescribe me anything as local gps can only refer for TRT to be prescribed by an endocrinologist.
She also said that Nebido is the primary injactble used on NHS which sounds pretty awful to manage seeing as it’s once a month.
I am going to focus on rest , nutrition and supplements and re test in Feb.
Bought some vitamin D3 which I will slowly increase over the next few weeks as apparently that is good for bringing up Free T.
Asked about thyroid testing and was told that my thyroid is fine and unless the lab had requested further investigation they wouldn’t be able to run FT3 or thyroid antibodies so will probably need to pay for those separately.
There’s potentially a few things I can try before TRT I think so will see how I get on with the D3
Failing that I’ve been reading about clomid only TRT which is basically like continuous PCT, anybody heard of this or think it’s worth looking at before going the injectable test route?
If that doesn’t work I would then probably go see a testosterone specialist that’s open to using better testosterone delivery and potentially HCG.
I’ve been natty for years (nearly 10 years)now and I have to keep turning down the voice inside my head telling me to hop on a cycle , I’m just not in any fit state of health to even consider that option right now and would like to do this the right way with the support of doctors with a focus on health and well being rather than being a “bodybuilder” (think that ship has well and truly sailed)

I had estrodiol tested (standard not sensitive) and it was below range(can’t remember the exact number)
-
Another note- I tried cleaning up my diet and dropped carbs to 250 per day and became really fatigued and started to get even weaker in gym so have decided now is not the right time to worry about body comp and have just gone back to eating a balanced diet with the odd take away or meal out on the weekend.
My fats are roughly about 60-70g a day with carbs between 300-350 and protein 250.I usually feel pretty good on these macros and throw in a bit of light cardio /steps for maintaining weight.

Thanks for the replays guys
Re stress levels- it’s something I’m working on , have had quite a stressful 12 months and my job requires long hours and high adrenaline.
For gut health I have tried adding in VSL3 and lowering my carbs so that excess carbs aren’t fermenting in gut. I do binge from time to time which seems to cause bloating and other weird gut issues and itchy skin.apart from that I find when I eat well these symptoms can clear up to almost non existent.
I’ve been taking solgar b12 nuggets for ages and only just tested b12 so have now halved the nugget and will re test in about 6 weeks time.
My test levels are pretty poor to average for my age and the low free t is really not ideal, would love to find a solution but feel like it may be worth at least seeing if I can get a trial on trt to see what difference it makes.
I’m also planning on getting a full thyroid panel done complete with antibodies free t3 and potentially reverse t3 just to find out if any issues.
My sister just been diagnosed with ibs and candida (proper NHS diagnosis not self diagnosed)so wondering if there may be some sort of predisposition to gut trouble.
My adrenals have also previously tanked badly which has taken years to get back to normal.
Have my appointment this Friday with GP so will post an update after.
Going to ask him for above tests but am doubtful the NHS will find speculative thyroid tests sadly.
If there is anything else I’m missing then please feel free to message.
