Hey buddy! For me I like to use CV burn pre fasted cardio. So away from training. I definitely feel an energy boost while using and I can get my heart rate up to a higher state a lot faster using the product than without. Also I can hold that hightened heart rate for a longer period of time. I also notice an increase in body temperature. This should all result in fat lass alongside the proper training and nutrition!

would you use it if i trained fasted am , so in the mornings im going to train weights then cardio postworkout , training in the morning like this best suits my work

Walking is not cardio , if the goal is to look good, you need to put in some work from where your at. I don’t agree with Clare either , there must be pwo cardio from the off , guys let’s not dance around the fact that if Luke wants to look good he needs to just get stuck in immediately , 20 mins pwo cardio is not hard at all , nor is 20 on wake , nor is walking between meals . Get to work mate , get a sweat on every morning and Every session and Evey pwo cardio session

what about morning cardio 120bpm then steps after? because i work in a office its hard to just go for a walk after every meal if you know what i mean… so would that be ideal a 8-10k walk after morning cardio, followed by weights after work and the 130bpm cardio pwo

In this instance I would highly advise cardio , I don’t agree with Jimmy here , imo based on your look you need to focus on getting much fitter so you can train harder , I would start at 20 mins each morning at 120bpm and 20 mins post workout at 130 BPM

Focus also on moving between meals , shoot for 1500 steps between meals

In regards to the split , upper lower 2 on 1 off would be ideal imo but the split isn’t super important really – what’s important is your cardio , adhering to your caloric intake and then when you lift , employing the training principles we talk about here

could the morning cardio for example be a walk outdoors or would you not class that as cardio mate?

Sometimes enjoyment takes over ‘Optimal’. It depends what you want to get out of Bodybuilding. You can still make progress doing this style of split and if it means you will put more effort in due to the enjoyment factor, you could argue that this is ‘Optimal’ for you.

The set up would depend on how many days you want to train per week and if you have particular areas of focus, but if you’re only training a body part once a week then the volume should reflect this.

Hello, i would say id be looking to train 5 days a week, i could do 6 days but not sure how recovery would be with that

also theres isnt any real bodypart i want to bring up, id be looking across body parts mainly

You pretty much hit the nail on the head at the end there.
Set your cals and steps and when fat loss stalls add a small amount of direct cardio. This can be a walk on the treadmill or anything to slightly increase your overall expenditure across the week.

Either input everything you eat into a diet tracker app such as myfitnesspal as it will calculate your total macros each day… or work out a set diet plan only counting direct macros and stick to it. I prefer a set diet plan as everything stays consistent and you can easily make alterations as and when needed. This way there is no need to worry about trace.

righttt ok i get that, so if you eat the same foods each day, not counting trace wont matter as it will
be consistent regardless. i do input my macro goals into myfitness but if these are the same foods everyday, i can adjust macros when needed right?[/quote]

currently im trying to run training day calories on 215p 320c 40f, if i pick simple foods but say with trace added i go over my carbs by 20g because of them, is that a problem? shall i just lower my total carbs if i am not losing weight?

I would lower the target protein because you’d be surprised over how much protein there is in rice / oats and maybe even lower target fats because of trace fats in chicken. In the end it doesn’t really matter. Choose simpler foods and just increase and decrease as you please no matter how you track it. Doesn’t matter if the scale is right so long as it’s going in the right direction. If you’re having too much trouble with protein digestion lower it, etc

thankyou bud, yeah to be honest in terms of carbs it seems to
hit around the 300 mark easy, its just my proteins are over by like 30g and my fat like over by 10g
