I really do enjoy both full body and upper/lower splits. I would say that 4 days a week is the max I can fit in with kids and owning our own business, but I like the fact that if I miss a workout on the full body split, I can hit everything the next day. If yall don’t think I’m wasting time on full body I may do that for a while, 6 months to a year or so, then do upper/lower. Thanks you guys

sometimes prolactin can be an issue if E2 is in range or if E2 was high and is coming down.
i would look at bringing in vitamin b6 or a product with this in – 200-300mg daily
Is there a brand of p5p you recommend?
Engineered muscle do a product called turbogoline that is ideal for this issue IMO
Is there a brand you know of that I can get in the US? -

Is it hard behind the nipple ? If it’s hard it’ll need surgery. If puffy some drugs could potentially get rid of it
No it’s soft, feels like fat tissue
What’s your current body comp like?
Alongside all blood work Q it could potentially be that you need to lower body fat a little to help the issue
Probably like 15-16% bf based on my scale. -
Aye up bud –
NUMBER
1 – RUN HORMONE PANEL.
2 – POST BLOODS HERE.
3 – NO POINT ASKING IF XYZ PRODUCT IS GOOD WITHOUT BLOODS
4 – PUT YOUR HAND OVER YOUR HEAD LIKE YOU ARE STRETCHING YOUR TRICEP AND THEN RUN YOUR HAND OVER YOUR NIPPLE… IS IT PAINFUL?
5 – ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK THEY HAVE GYNO WHEN IN REALITY MOST PEOPLE JUST HAVE FAT DEPOSITS
Good advice! Gonna get some blood work done. It’s not painful at all so maybe it’s just fat…

Would taking DIM do anything?

Out of interest have you had any blood tests done recently? It would be useful to see if there any hormones out of balance.
No I haven’t. I need to do that though. Any recommendations on what all I should test for?
testosterone
E2
prolactin
Progesterone
Here’s the 2 products I’ve used – Alphaviril by HFL and T-Sterone by True Nutrition

Sorry for not providing enough info- I’m 38 now, haven’t taking any PEDs since I was like 22. The cycles I did probably weren’t the smartest. I did a few cycles of dbol, and a cycle of sustanon and deca. The past few years I’ve just taken natural test boosters like these 2 products. Seems like the gyno has gotten a little worse with age, it’s not terrible just kind of bothers me

I’ve had it a long time, not on anything now. Think I got it from using reforvit dbol in my 20’s.
