anecdotally, abusing gh makes it worse.
and there are some rare case studies of treatment with hyaluronidase injections
I’ve never taken gh and never will if that’s the case

You could potentially have Cutis verticis, a common condition that is not harmful.

How much you need to control e2 is person dependent
Personally 400
Mg test I could add 50/100 to simply control e2
It is right but he is speaking on broad spectrum
Start with your test dose and minimal dht then increase the dht if you notice e2 sides slightly 50 mg at a time need be

Exceptional content content you’re putting out, both on here and social media.
I’m reasonably tall at 6’3” and currently sitting at 100kg so lots of filling out to do.
All my lifts are continuing to progress nicely week on week pretty much across the board. However in terms of body composition I’m well past the point of “visible abs”. Does this mean I’m essentially done in terms of gaining body weight for this phase and in need of a tidy up ?
How would you approach this ?
Current Trt dose is 0.5ml sustanon per week and Cals are at 3700.

So yes you’re right in saying body composition in general would be a good marker to govern receptiveness to response, generally speaking higher levels of adiposity being held MAY WELL equate to poor blood glucose management, higher systemic inflammation, potentially hindered recovery as a response to this.
Body fat distribution varies, so look at the full picture, look at the areas you typically have prevalence to ‘hold’, assess from there.
Using home skinfold measurements can be useful, and of course photos.
Check your fasted (and post prandial) blood glucose (ideally we should be sitting in the 4.0-5.5mmol/l range), check your resting heart rate, check your sleep quality, when these start to slip, it’s time to tidy up and solidify your set point.
Performance can rise still when body fat is higher, but you will get to a point where this becomes unproductive.

I feel some blood work would be worthwhile to see what’s going on hormone wise. This would be best thing to do before making any drug changes

You have not told us the aim of adding the drug.
If it’s purely muscle and your BP etc is all good. Then deca would be good. It’s also going to aid in a little lubricant for joints that may help training to.
Many men your age favour deca for this.
If your just doing this to add a little muscle , perform a touch better in gym n look gd for summer then I would go primo.
Remember drugs have individual uses so you need to look at your goal – your requirements and then pick.
Most of my clients in your age group I would be choosing primo
Bar the competing guys I have n were using deca in there off season for both reasons stated

Really appreciate the reply.
Prior to trt and finding out my test was in the gutter (around 4 years ago) I was at my heaviest of 17st 2 lb. I’d spent the previous couple of years following the sheiko program for powerlifting. After tons of low bar squatting and flat benching at high frequency it’s safe to say I have my niggles!!
Since starting trt I’ve dropped 4” from my waist and made more progress physique wise than the 10 years previous. I just feel like I’ve wasted SO much time!
I’m now training the full body routine outlined by Jordan (no low bar squats or flat bench!) and I’m loving training again.
I’m thinking the deca would be good for the niggles and I know I’ve got a good quality source for it.
I’m looking purely to add muscle and get after it in the gym.
Should the test always be a higher dose than the deca ? I’ve heard people talk about getting ratios between the two wrong and suffering Ed issues as a result? Is that something I need to consider or is it nonsense and totally individual from person to person?

I would add in just 200mg deca and asses after 6-8 weeks. [/quote]
