To add to Dr Deans suggestion. Get your B12 levels checked. Or add in 1000 mcg methylcobalamin/day. Better You do an oral spray. Danielle. RD

You have got Triceps Tendinitis, very common when using a progressive overload approach and not taking regular deloads.

Have a look at BPC157, a peptide, which is very very good for these conditions.

You’re right exertional headaches are not uncommon, once you’ve ruled out the obvious I.e. blood pressure, pre workout over stim, dehydration etc…look at micronutrient deficiencies. Magnesium, RIBOFLAVIN, sodium, potassium…have a look at our Insta post about migraines @mofoarmy as much of the issues are the same.

Assuming you dont have occclusion bands, use knee wraps at the top of your thighs. Wrap the bands around so that if 10 out of 10 was the tightest you could wrap them, you are wrapping to a tightness of 7 out of 10. Then perform 4 sets of your chosen exercise using 30, 15, 15, 15 reps whilst remaining occluded for the duration. The burn is insane as is the pump but a very simple way to ensure that you are still activating quads/hams without loading your foot…for your foot you might want to consider BPC 157 we have found that it also accelerates bone healing…

We use between 400 and 800 mcg for both systemic issue and localised tendinopathies. Found applying a light tournequet above and below injured site keeps BPC in situ for a little longer. Tend to use IM too but Sub Q appears as effective if somewhat more painful. We’ve had similar success with oral BPC for those who don’t want to inject. Oral route appears particularly effective for inflammatory conditions.

McCance & Widdowson’s ‘Composition of food’. Gold standard for nutritional breakdowns gives following values:
    100g Raw -!21.3g
    100g boiled – 20.5
    Hope that clarifies.
