Interested to know this too. Have been following similar upper lower split, upper lower rest upper lower rest rest
Slightly lower intensity, have been doing 3 runs per week. Long run on the first upper of the week, recovery or easy run the day after first leg day and then intervals on same day as second upper

So almost all exercise want 2 sets – a heavier set and a back off set as per template above. However this is very much going to be based and adjusted based on response and how your recovery is.
however IMHO almost every one should have no issues recovering from this if they are on point with there Nutriton and supplements.
Some like to run it 2 on 1 off. Others just 4 days per week with a little more rest, again its about finding what works best for you

My shots were daily too , it let me get exposure while making sure I didn’t have to bang in 2mg In one go and feel awful. 0.25mg a day for me was perfect to start

I can tell you what I do , this is by no means guidance , simply a recall of my actions . I take a 10mg vial ( I got mine off pro forma peptides , only one I have seen hplc testing on for 10mg ) , I add 1ml bac water. I take a 0.3ml insulin needle , and the first week I pined 2.5iu on the needle ( 0.25mg ) , once I knew that felt ok I went to 5iu ( 0.5mg ) , pinning it into lower ab under the skin

I typically eat 150-200g more carbs on days I train , based on a 120-130kg person training 2-3 hours .
So scale that down accordingly , 100kg for 2 hours maybe 100-130g more
80kg person 80-100g more
So wherever you fall weight wise between those , pick a suitable number

How do you feel on this diet? How is your digestion, appetite, performance, recovery, sleep, progress?
I may add a protein feeding at 3pm, but otherwise, if everything is going well, then all good!
Feel ok generally, sleep usually 8 hrs per day, a little more on the weekends.
Was thinking the same thing about the 3pm, would you have maybe some greek yog?
