It takes this amount of time for the drugs to be fully in effect and body to have stabilized hormonally.

Very good pull session today- heavy emphasis on lower lats.

    1. Gymshop single arm lat bias pulldown – 2 sets
    2. Single cable lat bias row 2 sets
    3. Single hammer plate lat bias row 2 sets
    4. Prime lat pulldown 2 sets
    5. Mid back row 3 sets

  • i would just add in the 400 a day as its not a huge increase so you should be able to maintain body composition and see a noticable increase in energy and performance

Push day today – delt focus very good session, happy with how strength is holding during this health phase and diet considering I’m down 20lbs now. No dip in performance at all although recovery is a little slower but managing it

Do t overthink it mate, end of the day it’s a service you paid for, you can terminate anytime you like. Just message and tell them the truth and I’m sure they will respect it
