How long have you been on cycle? Have you checked your blood pressure?
Been on a week so far started on Monday. I’ve got a blood pressure monitor coming today at some point
With only using test a week it’s very unlikely that it’s directly causing this, as stated by others it could potentially be anxiety related to using.
Check your blood pressure over coming days -
What is the purpose of the cycle? What have you done previously?

Didn’t sleep great last night, woke up during the night in a pool of sweat. Checked my weight this morning and was down 5lbs since yesterday with absolutely no changes in food or routine.
Didn’t effect my training, actually had a really good push session and increased on all main movements.
Will see what weight is tomorrow and then assess if I need to up food potentially for a day or 2. -
Had a great pull session today – second run at this session and made some great progression today.
Session went as follows
Pullover 4×10-15
Single arm lat pulldown 2×8-10
Single arm cable row 1×8-10 1×12-15
Dorsi row 1×8-10 1×12-15
Panatta mid back row 1x rest pause set
Prime extreme row 2×8-12
Wg lat pulldown 2×12-15
Preacher curl 3×10-12
Dual bicep curl 3×10-12 -
If I’m honest mate I think many used to use it just because it was like the standard. The more we know now you will find less and less using it.
Most will opt for primo over it
That´s what I got from most of my research on it as well. Do you think that gains from EQ are in any way comparable to gains from Primo though, just with more potential sides? EQ may be less optimal than Primo but is also a lot cheaper, that´s why I am asking.

Personally I find primo far more effective -

Rest day for me today which was definitely needed as woke up with a head cold.
Had my usual rest day deep tissue work and then spent an hour in the hyperbaric chamber – only my 3rd time using it so hard to say if it’s adding much… but it is a nice hours nap ?
Hopefully feel better tomorrow for pull 2. -
second rotation of this current training set up so push 1 today and last week having set form and numbers this week i just aimed to improve those so didnt force it too much as im cautious with my shoulder to really be in control of the weight. had a really good session and was particularly happy with my prime incline bench as moved 4pps for a comfortable 5 reps so thi will be up to 10 reps easy in coming weeks.
quad rehab is going well, im almost able to do a bodyweight squat again now

2 hours
20-30mg is sufficient for most imo
Hello Hilly!
Thank you for your answer!
However, do you think it is even necessary since I am in my first cycle? Currently doing 300mgs per week of Omnadren/Sustanon.
considering first cycle and age absolutely not necessary to use it, stick to just sustanon

pull day for me today and had a really good session, progressed on reps and or weight on pretty much everything, will be interesting to see how my body responds these next few weeks doing push and pull twice a week whilst not training quads.
todays session
1. cable pullover 4×10-12 last set rest pause
2. prime pulldown (found some thinner 20’s so was able to put 6 plates on) 1×6-12,1×15-20
3.single arm banded plate row 1×10-14, 1 (4x4cluster set)
4. chest supported tbar 1×6-8 1×12-15
5. prime extreme row upper back 2×10-12
6. wide grip lat pulldown upper back 2×12-15
7. preacher curl 3×10-12

Hey Darren,
Have you ever followed the same type of split that Rob and Jamie follow (each muscle group 2x/wk and 2x/day workouts)?
Btw I haven’t followed them long enough to know whether they follow that same split in the off season or if it’s only a pre-contest thing, perhaps you can elaborate more on it.
Sorry to hear about the quad, glad to hear that mobility is improving.
i have, i used to train this way for several month in my lead up to the british pro show last year, personally i found it good whilst i was in off season on lots of food but the excessive volume was too much for me in prep and lad to me fading massively and losing a lot of tissue.

the diet builder is just for a rough start point for you- adapt it to suit your needs and preference.
take the overall calories and distribute accordingly to what suits you- when it says zero fat its meaning direct sources so there will of course be trace fats so if you want zero you are realistically talking sub 5g same with zero carb meals.
as you are only getting back into it you really dont have to stress over small details- focus on a macro target and keep protein consistent eg 3500 calories daily 300 protein then distribute remaining calories between carbs and fats with carbs prioritized around training window.
personally rest days i dont lower my food as i see this as a recovery day, however if you are conscious of losing some bodyfat then lower your calories by 200-500 mainly through carbs as no need for them as you are not burning as much glycogen

i think body composition is in a really good place, i dont think you need to force food up- take where you are now and assess performance- if you are progressively getting stronger then you will be adding muscle, just increase food in small increments as and when performance suffers or stalls and keep assessing visually.
