I generally just split it into 2 when doing trt for the simple reason of not wanting to jab frequently

Personally I only calculate direct protein sources but you can do either as long as you are consistent in your approach

Entering a small cut phase for the next 4 weeks where I’ll be aiming to pull 15lbs or so off to get my bodyweight down int low to mid 240s –
Initially just pulled 100g carbs a day and added in 30 mins light cardio on bike post workout.
Also implemented 20 clen & 10mg yohimbine pre fasted cardio which is my usual 30 mins on arc trainer (20 steady, 10 hiit)
Cycle
200mg test -

Hey mate personally having seen you in person at this show I’d say you still have some weight to come off anyway which would mean you wouldn’t need these drastic measures to make weight
-
Excellent legs session today, really enjoying my training at the moment…
Going to be going into a small cut phase next 6-8 weeks to bring weight down into 240s before one last push before starting prep. -
Film yourself doing the exercises, analyze your form and perfect it
-
I wouldn’t make any decisions based off one reading – test it for 3/4 days and see if it varies or stays raised like this

Rest day today for me and actually managed to rest for most of it which was much needed as body felt quite sore.
Quick update I have about a further 3 weeks in this current phase before pulling back avtouch on food, getting bloods done and getting ready to start prep in august -
Hey Liam,
Side note I’m looking into trying clen during a slight cutting phase.
I play rugby so it’s for preseason fat loss before I do a bit of a surplus.
What kind of doses did you start running?
I’m weighing in about 96kg
Using clen really shouldn’t be needed for a goal of cutting for pre season fat loss

Hey Darren, how are you going to approach the next 6 months until Olympia, when are you going to start dieting? Does Jamie still look after your cycle, I noticed you don’t use AIs but I believe Jamie Often implements them in cycle, what will your prep cycle look like ?
I will be starting my prep for Olympia in august – giving prep a long time as I’m over 40lbs above stage weight so need to approach it smartly so as to hold onto as much muscle as possible.
Yes Jamie looks after my cycles and no I don’t use any Ai which is something we work out when designing my protocols, what he does with other clients I don’t know.
As for my prep cycle it’s impossible to say just now but likely won’t be huge dosages as I haven’t been using much this off season -

Rest day today for me, spent most of the day doing client work and new set ups so broke it up with a few small walks to aid my digestion.
90 minutes deep tissue this evening which was definitely needed as I had a lot of tightness in left side of neck. -
Probably best to avoid fasted- omegas and vit d for sure, although the rest technically ok I’d imagine occasionally might repeat on you during cardio
-
Pull today was a bit lack luster – felt my brachialis a bit in exercise 1 so I trained with caution.
Everything I did today was single arm 2 or 3 sets 8-15.
Session felt a bit boring but ended up getting a good pump -
