Full rotation of training complete and today was second time hitting push 1. Very happy as progressed most lifts. Particularly happy with dB press – last week 140lbs x 6 this week I hit 10 (mainly because I thought I hit 8 last week and wanted to beat by 2) ????

Hey guys so almost a week into my new rotation with Jordan now and had my second push session which was very good.
Happy with some of the numbers and looking forward to battling with the log book moving forward on these.
Woke up today at 267lbs and we have decided to drop down to cruise dosage of
    400mg test per week
    300mg primo per week
    2iu Gh per day
We will do this until January then blast again.
The aim will be to try and keep my weight in the mid 260’s then be able to push past 270.
I think with Jordan’s training it will help hold size especially as my aim is still to progress the numbers.

Legs today was definitely a tough one. A few movements were new to me so still gauging weight.
I’m sure I will progress these movements rapidly as I have never had a log book to battle with!
Safe to say I need the rest day tomorrow as my legs already feel battered.
    Session took over 2 hours.

    Seated ham curl
    Hack squat
    Leg press
    Lying dB curl
    Bb good morning
    Single leg press
    Abductors
    Hanging leg raises
    Toe presses

First day done on new split with Jordan. Eased into it with push. Few movements I haven’t done regularly so I reckon big room to progress quickly on them as I adjust.
Solid session and strength was pretty good (moved the 140lbs dB on incline press for a comfortable 6, will be looking for 8-9 next week)
Jordan was happy with form & execution on most things, few adjustments made sand the aim is to get crazy strong in my pressing movements.
Legs tomorrow which has me very nervous!

Sorry been a while since I updated you here. Currently weighing in at 266lbs fasted (see pics below) feel like I can push to 275 quite comfortably over the next few months.
My back is still very weak in comparison to my front and with that in mind I have spoken with Jordan and he will be taking over my training programming with back density being the focus.
Food hasn’t changed since last check in, still eating around 6600 cals daily.

Looks like you done the PPL split for a month or so and fucked it off to the old school bro split
What was the reasoning behind this?

Yeah went back to ppl after training with Ryan & James… more so because I enjoy training heavy.
Once back in Dubai me & Jamie went back to the way we trained last year and that’s just single bodyparts all out heavy as we can with a lot of volume. It’s not for everyone but we enjoy training this way and it works for us

Darren. how many days a week do you train? and do you keep your nutrition the same on rest days, or do you lover the carbs?
looking good btw! growing for sure!!

Hey mate, generally I train 6 days a week.
I used to lower food a bit on rest days but the last few weeks we have kept it the same.

What’s up everyone? Slightly off week last week, body felt tired and was unwell for 2 days which resulted in a slight drop in weight. Went from 256 – 252 but I’m sure it will bounce back up.
Having a few issues with my elbows and knees but I’ll work around them along with my ongoing shoulder problem (hoping to get a cortisone injection in next few weeks)
No changes to food but I have now switched my insulin a little running 10iu lantus pre meal 1 & 8iu humalog with ore workout meal.
Strength is good and really focusing on back and hamstrings now.
