It’s hard to give an exact on training as we have the Gelsei’s doing our programming and sessions are sent through daily to us.

Does Jamie do your offseason or just prep? Love all the content you two put out!
In New Zealand I was 205lbs on stage… currently 242lbs and aim is around 260 by December…
I check in with Jamie every week, off season is just as diligent as prep. It helps that most the year he sees me daily also as we train together.. -
I did my first ever cycle at 24 and looking back I would have started off slower and just done trt dosage for the first 2 or 3.
I would love to have invested more in learning back then -

What are you goals for 2020?
Also, I see you competing at muscle contest in limerick in April 2018. Your growth since then has been phenomenal! What advice would you give to somebody hoping to put on as much lean mass as they can without too much fat gain? Like what you have done but obviously down scaled haha
Hey mate, thank you for the kind words. 2020 I plan on doing a few shows in the US including Pittsburgh & New York. Taking a good off season first in order to add a few lbs.
My advice is to be as structured & as on point with your off season as you would a prep. Make every day count. -

How would you approach a a diet break when in a long cutting phase? Say 20 weeks down but still have some body fat to go, would 2 weeks at a maintenance phase (diet break) be beneficial to add longevity and dip back down into a deficit for a further 4-6 weeks to finish the dieting phase off?
Hey Lukas, 20 weeks in is certainly a long time and u must be feeling it. Yes a 2 week diet break at maintenance will be beneficial if you feel you have hit a point where you are not progressing.

Hey sorry for only replying now. Weirdly I actually touched on this exact topic on my insta story yesterday. Not many of you know this but @jordan-peters coached me some years ago and I followed his training protocol for some time and had great results.
Now I work with the Gelsei’s for my training and Jamie does my nutrition. I’m not going to say either method is better it’s just down to what’s better for you. Hell I don’t think anyone in the Uk carries as much muscle as Jordan so his method must work! But equally I think a lot of people will agree myself and prob more so Jamie have packed on a lot of tissue in a short space of time.
If you look at Jordan, me, Jamie & joe Ballinger yes we all have added a lot of muscle and you will also notice we all train dam hard and every aspect of what we do is meticulous. -

MemberJune 17, 2019 at 9:00 am in reply to: Darren Farrell- Classic physique ifbb pro (offseason)Hey guys so quick update, no changes to food, drugs or cardio since last check in. Dropped back down to 236 from 240 after being in Spain for the amateur Olympia. Food & training was on point there and even had 2 cheat meals over the weekend. I live quite a sedentary life so the extra time on my feet that weekend had quite an impact.
After this week we will likely push food up again. -

Generally keep the same… off seasons maybe implement more rest

got my blood work back today and everything is in order other than LDL and HDL being a little off but that is to be expected, but i will be looking to keep this in check.
So this means its time to get off season up and running. I spoke with Jamie today and we arent going to push cycle hard as we are predicting a long prep this year with a number of shows so its key that we keep my body fresh.
To kick things off:
250 sust m/w/f
200 equi weekly
150 primo m/w/f
1mg arimadex eod
3iu gh daily
50mcg t4 dailyFood and cardio still the same for now. we will increase slowly as we want to keep my condition roughly the same as it is. the goal is somewhere around 260lbs.
