    1 scoops whey isolate
    60g cream of rice

    Meal 2:
    205g chicken breast cooked
    100g greens only (broccoli, green beans, asparagus)

    Meal 3: pre w/o
    2 scoops whey isolate
    60g cream of rice

    Meal 4: post
    205g chicken breast cooked
    85g cream of rice

    Meal 5:

    205g steak cooked
    100g greens only (broccoli, green beans, asparagus)

    Current stats 217lbs morning weight. Cardio 1 hour low intensity on incline treadmill daily.

    Sun- chest
    Mon – back wide grip
    Tues- quad dom
    Wed – arms
    Thurs- back narrow grip
    Fri- rest
    Sat- ham dominant
