    Been a while!

    We’ve had a devolume – ran whole rotation on one working set, feeling waaay better, pumps are crazy now, strenght is going up again so Ive to be rly careful, joints feel quite pain free (cant complain atleast)

    weighting almost 280! Which … well feels heavy, but Im happy. This offseason is executed as good as it can be

    My upper body is catching legs, which was the goal.

    Kuba’s plan works great.

    Everything is going right! since yesterday we have increased stuff alil, sent check in to Kuba today lets see if we change anything

    Took few photos yesterday post workout and made some comparison

    108 kg – 238 lbs vs 126 kg – 277 lbs
    23 weeks, still much time to grow, happy with where we’ve gone until now

    Another week of push done, 22 offseason ones completed

    126.3 – 278.4 lbs

    Never been so heavy
    Overall feeling good, just … tired haha. Its no fun for now I know that body gonna soon get used to weight, but gosh I feel it lol.

    Workout volume increased, no changes in diet

    Change in stack comming this monday

    650 test
    1100 primo -> 1300
    350 npp -> 400
    3iu gh am 3iu gh pm
    25 lantus am training day
    80 telmisartan am
    5 iu novorapid pre + post training
    200mg lcarnityne with pre workout meal

    Morning!

    so, we are sitting today at 125.5kg – 276.6lbs

    Heaviest I have ever been and…

    My resting parameters are literally silly.

    Resting heart rate is all the time 51-53, my hrv today was 51.

    Being this heavy its just weird to feel this healthy, ofcourse I am sometimes ‘tired’ as slugish – but thats to be expected as the body catches up in the weight

    A little comparison 03.02 – 09.03 121.9 – 124.9 kg

    Photo from yesterdays pull session, got to say lats are improving!

    Today gone to train earlier and it was last time when I train post 1 meal, f that – eventho I did a good workout I could have been even better, and we all strive for 100% – was supposed to record for Youtube so though why not train earlier, tho – steps > one meal > smooth rest and workout is too early for me, should have gone later, what ever no more moaning haha, lesson learned

    525kg x 12+2 on leg press – happy as hell

    Now its time to rest alittle, eat up.
    Checked up with Kuba today, 124.7 kg, heaviest I have ever been, gonna post some photos tommorow as Im literally lying now trashed post workout haha, have a good day all

    buddy definetely, run the bloods aswell check Your thyroid
    You have loads of activity and almost zero of food

    Great progress, You can improve even more, add even 100 carbs each day – its gonna move directly 🙂

    24.02 Update
    124.4kg – 274.2lbs

    Finally a move in weight, but it shows what I have been repeatedly saying – Kuba knows my body, and we have already seen that what works for me offseason is – small bumps > patience > body weight doesnt change for 3-4 days then it moves 1/1.5kg > we ‘grow into the weight’ staying with no changes for few weeks and then repeat

    This way my digestion works great, body gets used to weight before next push and we can slowly implement other changes

    19 weeks post show now, happy days since I have reached peak of my previous offseason weight with way better conditioning, and still loads of time to keep improving.
    Being definetely strongest I have ever been with the intent of keeping my form as good as it is possible.

    Plenty of people have done that especially bikini girls from Poland who had troubles with their lower part of gut smooth distention and it helped tremendously. It does work great when it comes to ur bowels, and the 5mcg dosage is way to small to work tbh, woman do 100, Man I have seen even 400

    Thank You brother, I am really happy with the way things are going, Kuba managed it greatly, it has been a 18 weeks already – I feel really healthy, Im not breathing heavy or so – ofcourse it begins to be kinda ‘tired’ stamina wise mid day – but thats to be expected since Im biggest I have ever been, and we are about to reach the highest weight I have EVER been with still loooong offseason ahead, and plenty of room to go with food, volume, rest, peds… I think 128~ kg with quite a good shape is possible, if we hit higher – Im fine with that aswell ofcourse haha

    Lovely day Id say!

    Started as always – steps – posing – abs
    ate two meals and hit my friends supp store, where we’ve had a meeting with Polish Strongman legend – Krzysztof Radzikowski whos now – similar to Mariusz Pudzianowski – having his fun in MMA
    Was fun to speak with Krzysiek, he has lost like 25 kg now since competing in strongman, looks healthy af!

    Then – push with my friend – great session, went to first ex with fury 145kg high inc smith press for 9.5 rep – since last one was a fight and I feelt a touch of support eventho ‘i didnt touch a thing’ ye sure haha.

    all of the rest went great 🙂
