    Feelt kinda weird heading into session, first warm up sets I was like meh but then -> hoodie on world off and what seemed at the beginning to be shit turned into great workout

    We wont always walk into gym feeling full of fire enthustiastic and so on but what matters is what we gonna do about it

    I could either focus on the weird feeling or turn it into a „war mode” where when it gets difficult and You win – You are even more proud of yourself

    Given my all thats it!

    Monday as a push day

    Might sound like a tragedy – as most of people call it as we all know international chest day, but the hour I train gym is not so crowded, so np

    A really good session, everything was on point, progression still accures what makes me really happy, no real pain besides the skullcrushers and since Im not going to risk – simple solution was – change it to dumbells which… resulted great! a 2 sessions of break where I used a ez curl bar – then switching back to dumbells made me feel it all way better in my tri – so
    HAPPY.

    always start low, and bump AS NEEDED IF NEEDED

    Do You need that high test?
    Neither
    would I push this high on drost? Perhaps – in future
    Npp – is at good dose but why hop in NPP immediately?
    Gh – same – start with as low as possible

    everything ofcourse depends of the timeline Your competetive season or plan itself is, but its always wise to start low and have a place to go – especially considering side effects – as we know the higher dose – its gonna bring the benefits, but the sides are going up aswell.

    Solid legs session, feelt really good – not fatigued at all

    digestion is at its highest, my stomach is flat eventho consuming over 6500 kcals daily with 1000 carbs

    leg pressed 510×11 with pause then 410 tut x21 which took my soul haha, got it back no worries :V

    Check in with Kuba, weight got stable at 122 for a while now, so decision is to push

    5 iu more of lantus am which makes it 25 only in training day

    Current kcals and macro are
    Training day – 6519kcal 404p 1005c 95f
    Non training day – 5441kcal 355p 720c 123f

    Counted from all sources on app

    Goal is simple – maintain condition as much as its possible and slowly push the weight up. Happy with process

    yeh – not using it

    there is no safe route when it comes to tren – all You can do as Hilly said – do a lower dosage, what could help? Everyday injections gonna help You with less side effects thats for sure – use acetate – if You feel bad – gonna be faster out of ur system

    Suplement omega3, astragalus, magnesium, add surely something for lipids like arjuna, bergamot, cardarine, curcumin would be a good option aswell

    Hi Dawid, yes this does not occur on my push or pull day, only legs and more so on my quad dominant session which makes sense considering its the more taxing of the two sessions. Just to be clear, i dont go straight into my compunds (i probobly didnt word the post clearly enough). My session is as follows:

    Calf raise x2

    Adductor x2

    Lying Hamsting Curl x2

    SSB Squats x2

    Leg Press x2

    Leg Extension x2

    I am unaware of my blood pressure and do not have a blood pressure monitor, and during these episodes I do find it very difficult to catch my breath but i attribute this to the CV requirement of my high rep compund sets. To be honest my hydration is never 100% on point but I do have at least 2L water onboard before training at 12pm.

    DO GET AN BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR BRO
    It’s essential for us either You are natty or enhanced
    and as Sas said – check Your blood glucose – how does Your meal prior to workout looks like ?

    Density day!
    My fav, most demanding day!
    First one post the off days and went briliant⏫⏫⏫
    Zero joint pain, feelt way better focus and pumps, all heading into right direction

    Posted on ig two main lifts
    270kg touch and go deadlift + 280kg paused hack squats both for 10 reps

    Does it happen only on the leg day ?
    If yes – then perhaps do not go to failure in first exscercise, or move it alittle futher in Your workout(as You are saying it’s a compound movement, and theres no must to do it as a first one in Your workout)
    If it happens more frequently – consider devolume
    How is Your blood pressure? DO You drink enough water?
    How is Your breathing during ex. ?

    Once You go out primo – add masteron, some DHT would be a good option
    Tren is oki with that dose, sustanon I personally dislike – 2 many esters – 2 much variations – id change it to enan/cyp
    clen – it depends – id rather start it sooner being honest than 6 weeks out with smaller dose

    108-122 kg, 16 weeks with Kuba

    leg day today – knee will likely hate me later but no pain at all and the session was great

    its just inflammed – hard to explain
