    So I decided last Sunday to jump in an early show.

    There is one 15 mins from my house. Nabba north n I’m going any way so said to AJ we could use it as a warm up. Stage time n see how things play out with his approach on a test run.

    So I’ll be competing 2moro then 2 weeks time at the pca NE

    Just had my tan done. Excuse the sock

    Wednesday – off day today. – body just seemed all over but thats expected

    Aj wanted me training arms with a little chest again – usual cardio and my normal high day – Water is still 10L

    Had a. Bad hypo post meal 1 and then one post meal 2 as I went to Train which I managed to ride out.

    with the way he sets up high days they are super low fat and my body always reacts like this to fast digesting carbs so I need to make sure I am eating the next meal no later than 2 hours as it dips hard just after this.

    All meals in and on point

    Training was hard work I won’t lie but got it done – Incredible pump and the look PWO was decent and I actually was impressed with myself which is in all honesty a first – the pec will always Ruin the look but im well passed that now.

    Training

    EZ cable curls SS cable PD – 6 sets – reps 10-15
    Seated preacher curl – 5 x 10-12. –
    Tricep extension machine – 5 x 10-12
    Cable hammer curls – 3 x 10-12
    OH rope extension – 3 x 10-12

    Seated chest presss – 4 x 10-12
    Chest focused dip machine – 4 x 10-12

    Training sucks this week as we do this trial but it is what it is

    Do you think going hypo digs into muscle for fuel or body fat? Or a bit of both?

    Don’t forget your salt.
    Salt your meals and even a bit of salt in your workout drink.
    This made a big difference to my intensity further through the session.
    And get potassium in as well through food sources.
    I found training intensity dropped off later through the workout because I was sweating so much therefore dehydrating myself and there was no salt to hold the hydration even though I was drinking throughout.

    You should check Prolactin as well, prolactin reduces sex drive in men therefore “ED”, dopamine suppresses Prolactin , Vit B6 P5P helps with dopamine production.
    But a more comprehensive blood panel would be recommended as there may be other issues.

    I use the same pair as jp…I have put on 20lbs of lean muscle tissue in 2 weeks of use.

    This potentially should be a little higher

    But there is injection timing n genetic variability to consider.

    150mg seems roughly to put people around 35-40 in general

    But there is a lot of potential variance to this

    I got Rohm test cyp about 8 weeks ago and ran 200mg/week split across 2 injections, blood test came back at 37.80. i am not experienced enough to know if this looks underdosed.

    Anders, I agree with you, I should have made I comment a bit clearer, the PIP I am getting with the test e I have is pretty bad, so I was thinking that the enanthoic acid has not bound to the test sufficiently or there is to much of it in the mix, therefore when the shot is escaping the muscle and hitting the rest of my system causing irritation and inflammation when hitting the bloodstream this may drive my heart rate up, my blood pressure is stable, and my bloods came back ok.
    I wanted to try test cyp anyway and it is a different ester therefore I may rule out a couple of things at once.
    I know both have a half life around the 8 day mark (given a persons ability to break it down.)
    Thanks for your comment, I will now chase the rabbit of the effects of “androgen load”, in a Google search.?

    I don’t think it’s the ester, I just think it is a bad batch, I am trying test cyp because I have never used it before.
    I didn’t make a claim I shared what I am trying.

    I have a similar issue, I thought it was my test e so I just got some test cyp to see if it clears up, my first shot with the test cyp will be tomorrow.
    I will follow this thread for more information.

    Increase fish oil / good fats for HDL

    No need to donate at these levels imo.

    I would be increasing your test dose to 180mg.

    No reason to inject yourself n be mid range when you can be top of range imo.

    Vitamin b6 will work for prolactin as you say
