    Ye your fine 🙂

Ok good , I’m going to permanently call out any iffyness on here haha , I want to make sure everyone knows that progress is a choice !

    Progress is 100% a choice/mindset..

I’m still progressing even on a cut, I can’t imagine losing even a single rep.

It ofc will happen down the line but I’ll still fight for every bit of progression I can squeeze out!

Maybe I didn’t explain myself correctly

what I meant with „would that work“ was just related to the asymetrical loading, I was just worried that loading the machine a bit heavier on just 1 side would make it whanky but a small load like 1,25kg shouldn’t make a big difference

    Still, Thank you for answering!

I’m with Jordan on this one

I don’t really understand what Jordan means by that can someone explain sorry for my lack of understanding [/quote]
I don’t know if that’s exactly what Jordan means, but the normal bar-path of a free weight press is always slightly angled & never just straight up and down…so when doing a standard barbell press the bar comes „into you“ on the eccentric & you press it slightly backwards on the concentric.

Ignore the soreness , train them anyways . At some point , you just need to crack on and ignore it and the body will adapt

    Thank you for this.
Didn’t do Leg Press Today as my Adductors were sore asf from last fb session but I’ll just do it next time!

Guys , it’s full body eod , it’s 1 chest set , 1 high incline press for shoudler but also hits upper pec and 1 set compound tri that also hits chest , your chest gets touched by 3 moves , so does shoulder, so does triceps . If you fuck around with iso stuff , you won’t recover in 2 sleeps ready to go again . The only iso that can possibly be added really is laterals

Alright got it! Was just curious but it makes total sense.

But you hit both chest and triceps in a dip ….. why would you swap that for something that just hits chest ? And then entirely leaves out triceps ? When you have already also done a chest movement

How about a Pec Fly & a more triceps focused compound press like a JM-Press (if chest is a weakness & triceps a strong body part)

Yes , you could easily do 2 sets abs , 2 sets calf , after your cardio and that not be a thing at all really , don’t do more as with eod , they still don’t need tons of volume

2 Sets Max was the Plan, Thank you for the reassurance Jordan!

I tried to post a question on the training forum but it doesn’t work no matter what I do & idk how many days I have to wait for the tech support to answer me, so I wanted to ask if maybe the amount of words, which is a lot or the pictures (below 1mb) are the problem? (just joined the members site btw, I want to get involved in all the discussions and ask myself so sry for my impatience & asking here)
