I use viogen only. Oils , orals gh all of it and have done since early 2024. Always been perfect for me. Never a bad shot or bad result. And am at my all time best in my career so results show on stage too.
Thank you, mine come with a scratch of verify code which works, do you have any other ways I can check my gear is legit ? I believe it is but just as your experienced with it

If wanting to come off and reset your own levels then I would check the PCT sticky and follow doctor Dean advise in there as its very well laid out with lots having success on it.
It does sound to me like your pretty much decided on coming off and the reasons you have stated all are very reasonable and solid so id be inclined to go ahead.
personally I would be doing all I can to make the TRT work as I know how much better most feel on it but thats defo not the cause for yourself it seems based on information give
Hi, where abouts can I find deans sticky post on PCT?
I’m still getting used to the app.
Thanks

Okay and yes I may consider that doesn’t sound very smart but I’ll do my best to keep learning and improving I’ll try the FBEOD split, I’ve started a forum on nutrition Im eating the right foods, rice, cream of rice, pasta, beef, chicken, tuna veg 4 + meals a day I just haven’t been tracking recently which I think is costing me that’s why I was asking but I appreciate the advise

Hi ok I’ll do that on a separate thread, and I was training 6 days a week, the consistent thing is I usually train at least 5 days a week it’s just the legs that have been lagging, and if I’m being totally honest I don’t feel too great with that split, I preferred the bro split but I want to try something fresh and I like the idea of going into this new block/split with legs being trained as often as recovery allows, my chest responds the best then biceps then delts, I know there still very small but my back, triceps and definitely legs stand out to me as really lacking parts so looking fo a split that can maybe hit all these points, sorry I know it’s a lot but I’ll take your advice as I’m probably looking at this the wrong way.
Thanks

No problem I appreciate it, I’ll give a bit more detail : over the years I’ve mostly done push pull legs but not taken legs seriously or down right not done them, I’ve gone to a bro split before which worked quite well for me but I’ve moved around the country a lot changing gyms and with uni etc, I’m now pretty much starting a clean slate and want to have the most optimal split for my needs, I watched Jp’s current split with the full body every other day so to train legs well quads every other day and hams every other season this seems like quite a good idea but I’d appreciate what you’d like to recommend for me as I want to put size on everywhere but really focus on getting leg work in a lot, to build the foundation and to keep my discipline with leg training, I hope this helps a bit more.

I would say around 3/4 years but actually being consistent and eating and training hard I couldn’t even say 2 years total to be honest, I was doing a mish mash of push pull legs, I’ve considering doing a full body with legs every other day. And interns of tracking is there any tips for how to acctually workout and keep track of what current diet is p/c/f and calories, maybe an app or writing down.
