    Hi Luke, really enjoyed the latest leg training video. Your thoughts on the leg press not going super heavy were interesting. Going to switch to that technique. Good luck with the prep I’m sure you will smash it!! Big wins ahead.

    Dr Dean you would be right. The scary thing is I could do that 8 months ago easy!! So should I do that everyday till I see the physo?

    Yes hams, glutes and IT band. I think it’s like the Dr said I’ve tweaked it doing something like 30 DL for time and not got it sorted. Plus I also the clean & jerk if a small injury would not help. I’m booked in to see someone now so we see what they say. Cheers for the replies folks

    You can try and push if you think it would help but the NHS is a tough battle. If you do get TRT it will be gel every morning to start (25min stood round waiting for it to dry). I’m about to push for injections as the gel is crap. Good luck!!

    I’ve also have a day just for arms which has seen improvement in my triceps but biceps are still not responding. Going to try John Meadows arm training style to see if that works better.
