    Agree with the guys

Food is not bad at all, move more, and post pics again in 3/4kg as Hilly said, you are not that far, keep the good work

    Thanks!

I also agree with the above – the leaner you get the better

    Get those steps up.

Drop another 3-4kg and repost pics for us 🙂

    Sounds nice, appreciate your help)

    Hello David ,

This doesn’t look to bad . What are your goals ?

    Hey,

In general, I love bodybuilding, the process itself. I love watching the shows etc. I don’t know if I could call it a real passion because I’m young. But it’s for sure a lifestyle: I track everything and try to optimise everything.

So my main goal is to build some muscle with this split, obviously.) I will start my rebound in some weeks. It’s more upper-focused, I know. If I won’t notice any progress in my legs, I will change the volume or the row of the exercises.

    Cheers!

Up your steps to 14,000 this will put you in a deeper deficit when you stall.

    Move more my man

    Thanks, I will do that.

    Hello,

thanks for your advice. Appreciate it a lot!

    So basically, I’m eating 2133kcal (38F, 288C, 148P) rn. Besides training (2on / 1off), I do daily cardio (20mins) on a bike. The heart rate is about 130. I also hit 10k steps:)
