Just come out of 12 week cruise 125mg test e a week everything was fine through that following a cycle of test e 500mg npp 300mg .. not using ai at the min was hoping the mast would be enough .. funds make it a bit difficult to get bloods done often

Would being on peds effect maintenance cals .. for example i was192lbs.. i was on 4100 cal dropped it to 3400 wen i went from cruise to reintroducing drugs to tidy up iv actually droped down to 190 in the 1st week then held at that for another week , thought i was over shooting at 3400 cal as the 15/lbs calculation comes to 2850 it would seem my maintenance is a lot higher .. im wondering if i should drop cals further for the next two weeks b4 i begin to push bf is aprox 10/12% goal hit 210lbs b4 i cruise again

Theres a lot of good coaches on here that can help you 8 months is plenty of time if done correctly 3 times a week training ppl I wouldnt say is ideal tbh as the idea of ppl is to increase frequency

Il be honest i was nearly one of those sheep but after reading what the guys have had to say iv opted for test mast and npp will drop npp for tren at some point i dont do long cycles so aslong as i stay on top of my health supps everything should be good
