Hi jordan in the recent video you did with james where you talk about getting him to 260 … being stronger after a mini cut then push up repeated .. question being how do the drugs protocol look around doing this … im assuming to end a minicut stronger peds need to be high then during the push up more food focused ? May of answered my own question ???? but wondering if you could give a more in depth answer

I eat 45-60 min b4 the gym ground rice with iso and nut butter , then have a preworkout 20-30 min after that meal using rich piana 51/50 it hits hard

Out your macros then build the diet around it if you cant eat rice 6x a day dont aslong as your hitting your number for carbs thats the main thing imo being able to stick to it in the long run also -
Cheers sas i wrote my diet without the trace and my protien was almost 50g down when your only eating 250 thats a big lump .. i will stop counting them and see what the extra food does ????

No rush tbh , log book got beat in both sessions so far this week , weights not moved since Saturday il see how next week goes then if performance hasn’t gone up il put a slight increase on ?
