    I 2nd the reset over 7000 cal at 250lbs seems a lot , like corrinne has said often in this forum its not what you can eat its what you can digest and use

    I recently took superdrol was 10mg superdrol 30mg var per tab and my hair was falling out at a fast rate will never use either again

    Im only 162 lbs got another 3-4 lbs to come of 4 tabs is 10mg which isnt miles of the 0.2 per kg , il throw them in anyway not going to buy anymore as diets nearing the end and these were given to me mate

    Thanks james ive droped 3lbs this week my biggest drop so far typically been 1.5 lbs a week so i think everything is firing well . Took 200 cal of the last 2 days also wil do same tommorow (day after refeed) to insure still in deficit for the week .. today is my refeed day so il see what happens tomorrow ????
