Holiday … slightly over then. im on 1750 cal at the moment started at 2300 maintenance was around 2600 starting my diet would you suggest going to 2700 … also do you belive having a couple of low low days b4 refeed is a good idea to make sure im depleted tha ks for your replys ???? carbs are at 195 protien 170 rest fats

29yrs old not really showing any major signs of any mpb but its always in the back of my mind , so always stayed away from anything dht but wasnt sure if it was dose dependent

Seems to be a lot of varied approaches , ive read a couple of other people like to blast then cut drastically in the last 4 weeks , this taken off any fat accumulated and leaving the phew lbs of new tissue

After your 5/6 week cut at the start how much longer then would you stay on a blast typically

Are dbol and oxy (watery) ? I think diet and other factors would determine that i find oxy when im lean pre workout makes me look ???? imo

Cheers guys the extra veggies is one thing i will implement .. im ready for the hunger mate very motivated at the minute 5 weeks now for a big push

250 mg test 400mg tren ace … been crusing on 200 test for a while now after having to stop training due to issues out of the gym, didnt want to go through all the hassle of coming off knowing down the line id be back, this is a 10 week recomp , i did a mini cut before starting also on my cruise dose so maybe 2 weeks at the start then again last 2 weeks
