Hi Jordan I’d like to ask you what do you think adding a band on a hack squat like Precor that deload the muscle in the maximum stretch position (in the hole) it cans sabotage hyperteophy and results?

So I started to push last weekend after I made that fairly long post , I was 284 then , I summarised my drug changes the other day as i forgot to post them
I like to always make a fairly chunky calorie pull when I start too , as just moves off tons of digestive issue and I drop a lot of shit weight really fast
I lowered to :
Td
700c / 60f / 400p
Ntd
550c/80f/400p
This plus the clen saw me drop to 276 this week
Today as a result , I didn’t take any clen , and I 5 meals of 150c today , so had 750c total
Tmo I will crack back on with my numbers as above and re add the clen , and from here aim for 2 pounds a week in drops
If things move to fast, I just drop the clen for the day and eat 150-200c more that day and crack on again
And then once fat loss stalls, I will creep up clen and lower cals
I won’t really add many more steps as I’m walking a lot already 🙂
Hi Jordan one quick question…in the protein count do you mean only animal protein or do you count also protein from oat rice etc?

No bf is always very low carbs are around 400 /500
. If I take out gh glicemia drop immediately to 80/85 range and sometimes even 70. It seems a rebound on glicemia post gh

After years ,back in 2008 ,training under the guidance of Dante and being very familiar what a WIDOW MAKER leg set IS…., training is obviously the most important thing. Then you have Neil’ s posting push pull legs cereal pw and deadlift suck, but this is another story. LOL. And I still respect Neil.There is tons of ways to skin a cat. And we all know that. About dosing it s not anymore a secret and it s better, from my point of view to be educational too. If all of us are the more is better or copy paste cycles we have seen all already mate. But if you think is better to protect dosing i respect your choice 100%. By the way you re doing a great job here👏🏻

So weight was holding at 265 before shits Friday, dropped a few lbs woke up at 262 Saturday with gut feeling ok after I was pretty much empty so made sure I rehydrated and ate all my food plus sushi Saturday My usual portion
Woke up at 266.8 and then this morning at 268, did my check in and condition is very comparable.
This week we hit peak doses for the cycle, so far we have been escalating up weekly so will be interesting to see how reminded of this push fairs with peak doses for this push sat for a chunk of time.
This is a very nice spot for me so very happy with how things are moving, condition is better at 268 right now vs 258 last year 🤣difference is actually laughable.
HITT was blasted this morning with no issues so very happy to still be pretty fit at this weight

And with the new weight high and still climbing bodyweight you think you might get into issues with sleep quality?

2g total. 90% of it test and primo. Details doesn’t matter and I really urge people not to copy what I do. Hence why I don’t dive too deep into that side here too much. As honestly the drugs do not matter as much I truly believe that now.
0’issues with sleep, oura ring sleep score is still above 88 minimum each night and 90s most nights – I think the sleep issues only come when people get fat or use too much drugs or have poor stack design [/quote]

Update from me today ladies and gents 247 lbs so actually dropped from last night. The off plan meal was a terrible experience waited for food over 2 hours – won’t be going Australasia ever again was awful food was decent but the wait was awful so I had words with manager and we didn’t actually pay for it but honestly I’d rather pay double and have a decent meal lol especially when we don’t get time to eat out that often
We stoped at king street townhouse hotel had spa this morning at 7 am did my usual 20’minute walk this morning after I finished all client updates then got back had a little nap then went upstairs to the sky lounge pool it was epic. Stroll around Christmas markers too, was nice but the set up was terrible this year haha we will go to the markets in chatsworth as they are amazing.
Can’t wait to train tomorrow feel fresh and ready to get after it, woke up starving this morning and looking even leaner haha very happy
