Legs and back top up on cards for today – bodyweight is climbing up to 250’slowly so very happy! The goal is to hit around 260 in this condition by new year and 275/8 by April by the end kg this push up
Condition wise I think I can reach a very respectable 280 considering where I am now at 250 and how good everything is sitting
Can’t wait to get in the gym today!

I think from my experience that clomifene citrate with e cream with 1% testosterone propionate is the key. Trying lower dose of clomiphene 25 mg in the morning and 2 “puff” testosterone cream… from there you can up clomiphene if blood work is not in check. That sound lower androstenedione quite a bit. …my “2 cents”

Update today – 244.2 weight holding across this week, sleep is immense and the look is improving. Glutes are hanging on my a thread and they have never been remotely lean at this weight so it’s pretty exciting.
Rest today – work boxed off time for sauna ice bath and day out with @MeganSylvester hunger is still pretty rampant so staying busy so I don’t get pissed off haha [/quote]

Rest day today on cards usual day for me post pull on this rest agenda is sauna + ice bath – HITT cardio – therapy with rnr and chiropractor
My ice bath is set at 5 degree I do 5 minutes – sauna I just do whatever I fancy I don’t really count time in sauna
Performance was epic in yesterdays session, pump and fullness was stupid ha so super happy

I use 9 degrees water for 15 minutes straight ( pretty hard warming up after)

I don’t have any caps no my sleep never really dipped in prep as I kept a very tight schedule and shifted my bed time earlier, so 5 am club only works if you go to bed early, I wouldn’t wake this early going to be bed so late as this means your likely getting below 5 hours sleep. I would wake later or build better habits around schedule and be social earlier in the night

No 12 minutes of hitt on stairs doesn’t impact my legs at all if anything imrpoves recovery – this is only for offseason prep I do not do cardio – low volume hitt won’t impact a thing for you when done correctly

I don’t use ratios
I add more water when hungry – never 1/6 that would make it like a soup and bloat me. I add much less water to make sure I don’t get bloated as food goes up it’s pretty simple

Update for today – huge push session 3 plates and 5 on smith for 9 and rest of session flew up – 12-14 weeks i will be repping 4 plates on Cybex for 8 that is the goal and I’ll smash that!
I am aiming to chase Jordan’s numbers across these lifts and it will happen

I noticed before ice bath you use an infrared sauna. How many minutes of sauna you take and how many minutes of ice bath and approx what water temperature you use. I use my ice bath post cardio daily -
Update from me 239.6 lbs – weight holding sleep is insane attached reading from graph – oura is scoring 80/90 consistently now
Rest day today on this day I have my physio with Jay, chiropractor, sauna / ice bath ( that’s every rest day and today I have my hitt HITT
So set up is wake finish all work before jay arrives, have my massage then 10 min walk followed by 5 rounds at 60 seconds level 15 on stairs by 60 seconds level 5 – horrendous but it’s allowing me to stay super fit
Then I have more work to box off planning, consult with stem cell company in Columbia and day out with meg
I never see in my life an Oura sleep score consistently like that. 2h deep sleep and 2 h rem sleep is incredible for a Bodybuikder .in the last 2 years I che led at least 500 athlete and you rock[/quote]
Todays reading – sleep is really on point I think this is down to managing this phase with patience and not being silly!
Slow rate of gain is really allowing me to keep health metrics in check along with blood work!
Offseason is about to begin with the best start point yet, 239.8 this morning so slight drop but all good. Legs was incredible and fullness throughout the session was amazing. I told meg I literally can’t remember ever feeling this full I was training legs and everything was pumped lol that’s when you know body is in a good spot

Kuba thanks for answering. Do you have some gaps in the Oura heartbeat reading? Precontest your sleep score was high as today or in the good range? Don t you wake up in the night to go to the toilet?I wake up at 5 ( 5 am club by robin sharma) but I go to bed at22.30/23 because my girl get mad on me to have no social life ( watching tv series with her in the evenings etc…)
So your next offseason cycle will be 400 t and 500 primo?

Finally back to training properly I will add my log book from today.
Been back at work too been amazing to get back to my routine got up early this morning and took the dogs for a walk then went to work for PT clients. Went to the gym this afternoon then chilled before work again tonight.

Checked in as usual this morning weight is slightly up but we have added in Prima 0.5 daily to help during this last bit of prep.
I’m very excited to see these changes happened over the next coming weeks.
Not done much today cardio and fasted walk this morning then I had a couple of 1-2-1 posing clients along with doing some of my own posing at work.
Rest of the day visited family and sunbathed outside, I now have an amazing tan just ready for show time.
