As Clare said above. It still baffles me how people can be so influenced by one documentary. It’s completely biased and the main goal is to reduce meat consumption for climate change, this is mainly because meat particularly in America is over produced which can lead to 40% waste. You could feed all the 3rd world countries with the food waste America produces. The other issue is over 90% of American food is genetically modified, so crops are produced using lab made seeds that have pesticides built in. Then you have meat that is pumped with antibiotics, gh and other drugs to get from calf to full grown in the quickest time possible without illness. You could do a whole programme on showing the dangers of genetically modified vegan food so lets wait for the meat companies to produce that one for netflix. So European food is completely different to American food, we are fortunate to be able to get real organic crops and meat. If you eat meat and have bad guts after then maybe you don’t need it, if you eat meat and feel great then you would be mad to remove it. The goal of these documentaries should be to reduce waste not try and brain wash everyone to not eat meat. I laughed at some of the nonsense on that documentary and was shocked people took it seriously. Arnold still eats meat and purely took part for his political role. To be honest the meat in America can be so bad that im not surprised how the results turned out even if the research and tests where biased from the start. However, this has no relevance to the rest of the world. Anyway lets just all eat food that our bodies agree with and buy our food from sustainable sources with animal welfare at the top of the list.

Alpha pharma, Sis labs, Pharmacom. They all come with scratch panels that reveal a unique code that can be checked on the manufactures website to see if there ligit.
Grant you there abit pricey, but there all good clean gear and work.

Jordan was just looking back through the video archive and came across a video with regards to injection protocol, you clearly say NOT to use a insulin needle and to use a 1 or 1 1/2 inch deep shot.
But it would now appear you use a insulin needle to administer you gear. Has your views changed on this or would you still advice it’s best practice to take a nice big blue one in the arse as opposed to the mear little mosquito bite from a slin pin.
Also, apologies slightly off topic, is MJs open to the public for a one off training. only live 45 minutes away and it would be a very worthwhile drive the equipment looks amazing.

when I started out it was about size, let’s get bloody big and strong, now all there interested in is having a nice little six pack and getting even more skinny than they all ready are for…..you guessed it the annual ibiza trip ffs.
wheres the intensity gone from gyms today wheres the mass monsters gone wheres your 18, 19 stone fellas gone! we been replaced with a arrogant selfish no it all generation that walk around the gym like they got a roll of carpet under each arm and always in a vest as if they got something to show off.
Like I said there not all like it some will listen and have invested in themselves by joining this site for example and following a well thought out training and nutrition program. It’s all here people everything you could possibly want to know and more all under one website for as little as £8 per mouth. But I think the little skinny runts would rather spend that £8 on a Micky Ds on the way home from getting pissed out of there heads.

It’s mind over matter my friend. I’m 45 this month and did 180kg bench press the other day for 3 reps at 04:45 then 140kg for 12 reps.
Been following jps training physiology for over a year and getting stronger than ever and in the best shape of my life.
I totally refuse to let those skinny useless 20 something MF get the better of me and shame them every time I’m in the gym.
There not all like that but 99% are get nasty my friend and show um how the old school do it. BY the way put your god dam MF weights away after you finish your work you lazy little brats.

268.8 , decent post rest day weigh in , we moved our Holiday to Monday , as our flights were with Thomas cook , which we didn’t realise and they have gone bust, so we re booked it for Monday instead as it’s a busy weekend for pca finals for us , we have a lot of clients competing .

Really great push session , my look is starting to flatten off a bit and I’m a bit softer than I was now we are over 3 weeks into the low dose run. But performance is excellent , I feel much much better already for the clear out , and I can push hard in the sessions fitness wise after moving off a bit of water , as that offseason peaked at 280 , will hop on the scales Tuesday morn to see where I’m at .

Are those JM Blakely press, if so do you perform yours on Smith or barbell.

I think its 3 to 4 sets of the same weight with 20 second rest between sets

No disrespect what so ever to JP I consider him to be a total authority in this subject.
But is the pivotal rep system very similar to that of DC training rest pause set.
I know JP trained using the DC protocol to gain much of his mass, so would you agree that JPs method is a modern twist on DC training.
JP seems to favour a rest pause set on isolation movements instead of compound movements.
Also is there an up to date upper lower split by JP that incorporates more modern approach to training.
