3 aromasin per week for 300mg test seems excessive considering masteron doesn’t aromatise. Are you prone to side effects of testosterone? Have you had problems with previous cycles or is this your first?

Amazed at that tbh. Just because I swab every single time I guess. I thought that would just be standard practice. I even swab after I’ve showered haha

I currently have a heavy preworkout & always a carb/protein intra. So that could be a good option. I used to wake up and have a steak at like 4.30am but the stomach issues were not worth it at all!

I’ll give that a try and see how it goes. How late is your final meal? Is it pre-bed or a certain time before for digestion & sleep?

It has but that is in relation to fat loss. I should have said that I’m aiming to gain some mass. Currently at 15st 8lbs, have been since Jan 2020 although my body composition has changed massively since then:

    • Started jan 2020 thick & dense
    • Lockdown 1 came and no training or diet control resulted in lost mass and gained fat but no weight change
    • Post first lockdown trained all the way since and composition has got considerably better but still no weight change

Looking to add about 1st (14lbs) of mass hopefully to weak points (chest, forearms, lower lat thickness, hams & calves) but understandably gonna probs gain everywhere.

Apologies for not outlining this properly in my first post!

Wow, they never even used a swab?! Serious bad practice by them! Especially as they’re trained individuals ffs

Yeah, just checking online and seems I’ll have to go for specialist cover. I’m lucky my job pays extremely well as it’ll probably come back at £200 a month compared to my partner’s at £36 a month!

Never mind, hopefully this is a warning to anyone thinking of getting a blood test via the NHS like I did ? Never again! Always private! My medical history is relatively clean regardless of AAS use. I’ve been checked for heart palpitations and given an all-clear, results from blood test through NHS was clear regardless of being on 500mg test e/wk and no actual health issues (not even allergies) to declare. But this is gonna fuck up my premiums. Oh well haha

It’s part of my contract for my mortgage I think to have life & critical illness cover so the mortgage is covered in the event of my death or if I’m unable to work due to critical illness. Waiting another 7 years isn’t really an option haha

I always aspirate, just a quick check to see if you’re in the muscle or a vein. Don’t know why that would cause a bruise? A bruise is dead blood cells, so maybes you clipped/nipped a vein and it bled under the skin causing the bruise. I doubt it will be from aspirating

Ah, I outlined what I was currently taking (I think it was just 500mg test e/wk at the time). I think I’m gonna have to declare that I take them and just take the hit with the premium tbh. I’d just like to know who insures pro bodybuilders who obviously put their bodies through a lot of abuse.

Meat must be cooked weight because raw weight would be far too low to hit that protein macro target

Yeah, I’d read it had bad bioavailability when taken orally after a friend was sold some by the local supp store in a bid to shift some weight. I had to look it up for him as I knew he’d been ripped off.

Perfect, thanks for the dosages & timings Hilly. Looking into my own fertility now as the missus is coming off contraception in 3 months, so wanting to get firing from all cylinders ready for it. Likely get some bloods done, drop down to a cruise dose and go from there. If we’re struggling I’ll come off and follow the power PCT protocols outlined in other threads. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that though

What people don’t understand is it depends how the body responds
    That above protocol
Is the basic n best one for fertility
Basically you just need hcg n hmg
Then IF the body recovers n these drugs work all will be well
However if like mysejf natural test doesn’t come back everything becomes more complicated
There are also lots of stuff you can do based on sperm analysis
    L carnatine – increase motility
Maca/ AS – natty supps for morphology
If natural test doesn’t recover you will need Trt for drive morphology through intra testicular testosterone levels

Hilly, how do you take L-Carnitine? Is it injected or the oral supplement? At what dose would you suggest for this?

I use Medichecks and just get booked into one of their partner clinics to take the blood. The finger prick test is useless for me. There are still clinics doing it I think

Would I not then be running the risk of the life cover not paying out if I were to croak it and they looked at my medical records and saw that steroids were on there though?

And it was about 4-5 years ago I think. Life insurance policies tend to ask if you’ve done recreational drugs or steroids within the last 10 years.

I’m probably being a bit paranoid about it really
